It was fun! Thankfully the weather wasn’t too hot. I enjoyed the comedian. I think his name was “black Tim”. Keep us laughing and provided history about the city of Atlanta. Honestly I would do it again with family and friends visiting from out of town. Bring water, show up on time and do not book this is you get offended easy or don’t like cursing. It’s so much cursing! You really have to have a chill laid back personality or this might not be the tour for you.

You definitely touched on something worth mentioning—every Funny Bus comedian has their own unique style. Tim tends to lean a little more Rated R, while some of our other comedians are much more tame and hardly curse at all. That’s one of the fun things about riding with us: no two tours are exactly the same!

Bus was clean and organized with payment and timely with the schedule. Mixed group of passengers which made it fun and interesting. Your guide/comedian was awesome!! So funny!!! The tour was very informational and funny all at the same time. You can bring small drinks on the bus but they don’t like food on the bus. The owners were extremely nice, they made a stop for you to get a drink and/or use the restroom. My husband booked this and I initially did not want to go but I had the best time ever! Highly recommended. Carry cash for tip at the end of the tour

Headed to Atlanta for the weekend, I was looking for something to do to help us learn more about the city while enjoying some comedy. Here's the ad that sold me on the Funny Bus - Explore Atlanta's s most exciting neighborhoods on this 90-minute bus tour with a comedic spin. As we explore Atlanta, your tour guide (a local comedian) will put a comedic spin on the city's sights, sounds, and history. The jokes you hear on the comedy bus are like those in a comedy club.
No, the jokes were not like any comedy club I've been to! There was a lot of shouting at people on the sidewalk, playing very loud music that didn't have a purpose, the very brief comments about the neighborhoods we drove through seemed like an afterthought...not the intent of the tour.
Nikki was working too hard to get participation because she didn't have smart, comic material. As we passed Martin Luther King's home, she nearly forgot to point out the visitor area! It was so disappointing and loud that we didn't get back on the bus at the break in Grant Park.
It's sad because I love this concept. I've been on the Boston Duck Tours more times than I can count, and the comedy bus trips from Times Square in NYC. They were genuine entertainment, not manufactured noise.

The Funny Bus is built around a rotating lineup of local comedians, and each one brings their own personality, style, and improvisational approach. Because of that, no two tours are ever exactly the same. Our shows are designed to be very interactive, with music, spontaneous humor, and engagement with guests on the bus and people we encounter along the route, all blended with stand up and a lot of improv-style comedy that responds to the energy of each group and the city in real time.
We also want to note that Niki typically receives rave reviews from guests for her energy, humor, and ability to connect with the crowd, so we’re sorry to hear this particular experience didn’t land the same way for you.
That said, we’re genuinely sorry that the tone and delivery of this tour felt more like “noise” than the entertaining, story-driven comedy experience you were expecting. We also appreciate your feedback about pacing and the balance of humor with historical context—especially at meaningful stops like the Martin Luther King Jr. historic site. Those are important parts of the tour, and we expect our guides to highlight them clearly while still keeping the comedic flow.

This was so fun! We laughed so much. It was very enjoyable. Interacting with the public and the comedian was all good. A little more history would have been nice, The Varsity for one is a landmark. Overall, that was great and we will do it again.

We went on this tour around Atlanta the day after we arrived. We wanted to get an overview of the city that would help us decide where we wanted to return to and what areas we should avoid. The speaker's sense of humor added a nice twist to the journey. The only thing that would have made it better would be to either leave politics out of the the routine or to take shots at both sides instead of just one. Overall, it was a good way to spend 90+ minutes while visiting Atlanta.

Tim was a great tour guide. We had so much fun laughing and jamming to some great music. The tour lasted about an hour and a half with a break in between for bathroom and drink refills. Definitely recommend this tour!

Our tour guide was Conner and we couldn’t have asked for a better one! His interactions with both the passengers and the public was exceptional. He had us all laughing, waving and dancing along with giving us some great history of Atlanta. This tour is highly recommended!
