Great way to spend the day. Driver EB was stellar guide! Lots of info for someone visiting and trying to see historical sites and city orientation. Tour guide was friendly and helpful. Lunch stop was nice. Price is affordable and you can go back and visit places from the tour that catch your interest further. Highly recommend!

Jeff packs alot of history in the 4+ hours. He tells you things not normally mentioned in history books. We traveled all over the city on local roads and the expressway. It is exciting, humorous and Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about the subject matter of Atlanta's history past and current.

Amazing, Informative, & Fun!

LaTasha_R, Jun 2026
This 4.5 hour tour was incredibly comprehensive, informative, and offered fantastic photo opportunities throughout. Our driver and guide, Jeff, brought so much personality to the trip, though the absolute highlight was the opportunity to explore Freedom Hall. With an intimate group of just five passengers during my tour, it felt like a wonderful personalized and memorable experience.

We had an amazing experience on the Black History and Civil Rights Tour. Jeff, was our guide and he was so personable and made us feel so comfortable. This tour covered so much, we not only learned about the history, but also so much about present artists and entertainers, the tour was not only educational, but also lots of fun! The Omar Experience

Barbara_L, May 2026
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained every landmark very clear and detailed. Would redo if I had time.

Great guide , Tour content could be better.

SusanPorter, May 2026
At the Tyler Perry studios, you only are allowed to be FAR from the studio itself. The guide and his narrative made the trip worthwhile, otherwise few of the stops actually had much to do with the history.

Fun & Informative Tour About "Our" History and Herstory!

The Driver/Guide Omar was very patient, personable, knowledgeable and friendly. I learned so much about Black History that I've never knew. It was a lot to take in and Omar took his time to answer questions and not make the passengers feel rushed. I'm very glad I made the time for this tour. I highly recommend it and plan to take my Grandchildren when they come from California on this same tour because this tour provided information I know they'll never get from anywhere else. Outstanding!!

Must do tour in ATL

Joshua_A, Apr 2026
Jeff M. was a great host for our exploration of Atlanta. He was funny and informative. He summarized the immense amount of Black History in the city while stopping at several historical landmarks and showing us many others from the comfort of the shuttle; including pictures, videos, and physical props to supplement his delivery. We appreciated his local insights and going well beyond the requirement. He also shared a full list of local restaurant suggestions applicable to all interests and the group photo we took. Next time we’re in Atlanta we plan to do one of his other tours too!

Your Black History & Culture Tour was AWESOME! Jeff, our tour guide, showed & shared the REAL HISTORY OF ATLANTA, especially now as it is revitalizing to becoming new WALL STREET OF THE SOUTH! Not only did we have the opportunity to stop at various locations like the MLK National Memorial Park, Ebenezer Baptist Church, we did drive by of the Atlanta HBCU, Tyler Perry’s Studios, Madea’s original Home. The highlight of our tour, for me,was the opportunity to stop, shop, & support our various black owned businesses and entrepreneurs. I REALLY LOVED THE ITEMS I PURCHASED FROM THE AFRICAN SHOP! I also enjoyed connecting with Ms. Sherry, husband & grands on our tour because Mr. Jeff intentionally kept our group small! I would love to connect with you tour the next time I visit Atlanta & highly recommend it to my family and friends👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

100/10 would recommend!
