Great way to visit if you have limited time
It is quite a long way to get to Yosemite…about a 5 hour drive hence the length of day, but if you have limited time in the area & want to do Yosemite, it’s a good way to do it. Comfortable coach, knowledgeable & friendly driver and you get two short stop offs for photos before 2 hours to walk around the main area in Yosemite. Frequent stops for food/bathroom breaks.

Just Do It!
A big thank you to Calder as our awesome guide (and driver too!) direct from the entrance of our downtown SF hotel to the gorgeous Yosemite NP. This was a very thorough intro to the YNP valley. Scenery is GORGEOUS! A long drive was made fun with very knowledgeable commentary from Calder, short films on the pioneer climbers, as well as a pit stop each way for food and drinks. This tour includes a nice hike in the Tuolumne Sequoia Grove as well as views of Half Dome, El Capitan, water falls, and scenic outlooks, with considerable time at each location. Hopefully, you'll see some El Cap climbers on your visit. This is a long day trip from SF but absolutely worth every minute. Just do it! You won't regret it.

Kevin was an Awesome Guide
The Muir Woods tour with the Alcatraz option was great! A lot of walking though! I did 16,000 steps this day so if you’re not much of a walker and mover, I would stick to just Muir Woods in one day. The drive around the city and history lesson guided by Kevin was awesome, he spoke very clearly and made sure everyone cold hear him, led group introductions at the beginning and made trail recommendations for the park. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an early day trip, you’ll finish around 1:30 pm if you want to spend the evening in Fisherman’s wharf, enjoy a meal, and shop around. Felt safe driving up steep winding roads, all around great experience from Dylan’s Tours.

I really enjoyed this...
I really enjoyed this Tour and our tour guide was absolutely delightful. Meet-up was easy to find and I feel like all of the stops were the perfect amount of time to explore Muir Woods, Sausalito, and Golden Gate vista as little as well as capture photos. Overall great Tour, pace of trip was good, and it was the perfect length. Would definitely recommend to others.
As a bonus, it was nice to see the Tour guide a few days later as I was waiting to cross the street...she was blowing and waving ! 😊

Fun Times in the City
The Zeromax car was so cute and fun to ride in. The GPS feature added to the tour with seeing the top attractions. I would suggest doing the whole day tour because we ended up extending ours for a couple more hours because it was just that fun. I would highly recommend this tour.

Fabulous from start to finish!
Brandon was the absolute best guide! We were running late to the meeting point & he was gracious enough to wait for us. He was very funny & extremely knowledgeable about San Fancisco history. He made our day trip so much fun! We would recommend this tour to everyone who wants to visit multiple sites all in one excursion, and not just because the sites are amazingly beautiful, but because SF Excursions was fabulous from start to finish! FYI - opt for the Alcatraz Tour add-on...totally worth it!

Good Fun for All :)
We had a great time cruising around the city with Matt! Daisy was an incredible bus and so fun to ride around in! Fun historical tidbits with good music, a pleasant group all around, and a chance to see so much more than on foot. Thanks again, Matt, for the trip!
Don’t think twice, just book it.

This was one of the high lists of our trip to San Fran! An hour and a half was just the right amount of time to spend sailing around the bay and taking the sights. The crew was incredible. They were friendly, engaging and passionate about San Francisco area. They took the time to talk with everyone, answer questions, and share their knowledge of the bay. They were wonderful hosts and really made sure everyone had a great time. Highly recommend this experience!

What a fun tour. It had a...
What a fun tour. It had a well planned out route, and we saw so much of the city. Our guide was informative and entertaining throughout. The 60's theme was especially interesting and fun.
Our only complaint was that we missed our first scheduled tour by literally 5 minutes. The van was pulling away as we drove up looking for parking. We tried calling both the tour company and Viator to say we were there but couldn't get ahold of anyone.
Wished we would have received a call to check on our status.
When we were finally able to reach Viator were
were told if we wanted to join a later tour we'd need to pay again.
We ended up for the tour the following morning and paying again. A bummer, but still a really fun tour.

Hugh trees!
We booked a Muir Woods and Sausalito trip with Gray Line. Our tour guide( I believe his name was Richard) was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He was an great driver, some of those hairpin turns were very tight! The Muir woods was amazing! The redwoods are huge! Sausalito was a cute little water front town and we had some delicious tacos at a place called Copita. I would highly recommend this tour!

Girls Trip
My girlfriends and I had a great experience. It was misty in the city but once we got into the valley it gorgeous weather. Each vineyard and winery were special in their own way. Our last winery was at Madonna Estate Winery which was beautiful, warm and inviting. The size of our group and the smaller size tasting room felt claustrophobic. Otherwise an amazing experience and the perfect way to kick off the vacation!

We travelled from NY just to experience SF Bay
We parked in pier 39 parking garage a few hours before our cruise and enjoyed the area. Lots of things for families with pre teen age kiddos to enjoy prior to departure. We boarded our boat and received a wonderful naration of the local area landscape from the bays point of view.

Not seeing something you are looking for?
Of all the San Francisco bus tours, the “love” tours that zip around the city from the Painted Ladies Victorian homes to the Twin Peaks viewpoint in Volkswagen vans might be the most fun. If these offbeat treks are a bit granola for you, other bus tours are convenient for exploring the city and surrounding areas in comfort. Hop-on hop-off bus tours offer ultimate flexibility and freedom, while guided coach tours travel to Muir Woods and even as far as Yosemite National Park and the Monterey and Carmel area.
