I misread the pick up location and they worked with us to get us where we needed to be just in time!
The driver, Judith was excellent, the reservation was a breeze because I sent a message that while traveling I couldn't add my trip. The tour was great!

Great experience! Wish I had a little more time with the trees. We had an hour and 15 min. Wear super comfortable shoes and leave the perfume at home. You will want to smell that fresh clean tree smell! Our tour guide Robert was awesome and very considerate.

I recently took the Muir Woods and Sausalito tour and unfortunately found the experience very underwhelming. The tour also appeared to be overbooked, which meant my wife had to sit separately in the front while I sat elsewhere, preventing us from enjoying the experience together.
The tour guide was extremely quiet throughout most of the trip and often only shared information after we had already passed the locations being discussed, which made it difficult to appreciate or even see what was being referenced.
There were also several points of interest mentioned in passing, but we were rushed by them so quickly that we barely got a glimpse. In addition, we were dropped off at a different location than expected without clear communication beforehand. I had assumed we would return to the original embarkation point, so this caused unnecessary confusion.
Overall, the tour lacked engagement, clear communication, and organization, which made the experience disappointing.

Our team had an amazing time on the Muir Woods and Sausalito tour this month! The entire experience was well organized, relaxing, and full of beautiful scenery. Muir Woods was absolutely breathtaking, and Sausalito was the perfect place to unwind and explore afterward. Although beware of seagulls stealing your food lol!
What really made the tour stand out was our guide. He was both incredibly funny and highly informative, keeping everyone entertained while also sharing interesting history and local insights throughout the trip. The balance of humor and storytelling made the day enjoyable for everyone in our group.
This was such a great outing for our team, and we’re still talking about it afterward. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area or planning a group activity!

The trip we were booked on was apparently overbooked according to the driver of the 1pm bus. We kept getting delayed updates through the morning, so we decided to see why we weren’t on this booked excursion. We had actually been moved to a later excursion. This meant that the shops were shut at our destination of Sausalito. We got back close to 7pm.

If I could give this tour 0 stars, I would. This was truly the worst Viator tour I have ever been on. Our tour guide, Roman, was the rudest jerk I have ever met and really ruined the whole experience not just for me, but for several people on the tour.
Our tour start time was 9:45 AM with a check in time of 9:30 AM. There was a big race in SF that blocked several streets, so when my husband and I were two minutes from turning the corner to the meeting spot, I received a call from Roman at 9:31 AM saying that I was missing check in and the tour was leaving soon. We came up to the meeting spot at 9:32 AM. Since departure was not suppose to be until 9:45 AM my husband and I told him we were going to the restroom at the cafe meeting spot to which he responded we could not and needed to wait until the Golden Gate Bridge stop about 20 mins away. We were put off by this comment, since I am 5 months pregnant, but did as he requested and our bus left early around 9:35 AM (after he told another passenger he could not wait for the coffee he ordered, even though we had plenty of time).
When we got to the Golden Gate Bridge spot, I went to the restroom immediately but the line was long since this is a huge tourist spot with several tour buses and people. Again, I am 5 months pregnant so there was not much I could do. As I was in the restroom line, he was calling my cell telling me he was going to leave me and my husband because we were taking too long. When I ran back to the bus, he got into a verbal altercation with my husband and when I told him again I was pregnant, he proclaimed to the entire bus, “that was not his problem!” And told us again he would kick us off the bus and leave us at the GG Bridge stop.
Roman was absolutely horrible and I cannot believe he is allowed to be a tour guide. Do not waste your money on this tour. I called the owner and he was apologetic but has yet to do anything as of writing this post.

Katya was a fantastic guide! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The group was a perfect size. I did this excursion on my own and felt super comfortable at all times. Visiting Muir Woods was so relaxing. I really enjoyed myself. Sausalito was a cute little town. The time frame was perfect! I thought 5 hours would be too much for me but it flew by without feeling rushed.

Just the perfect experience! Schedule and communication was great, transportation clean and comfortable, easy, beautiful ride across the Golden Gate to Miur Woods which is an absolute gem of beauty and enough time in Sausalito to stroll around and get lunch while enjoying the view of San Francisco across the bay! But the best part was definitely Justin our tour guide, engaging, so funny and informative, he really made our experience much better! Hands down one of the best tour guide we ever had! :)

LOVED IT! Our guide was hilarious and I'd recommend this to anyone for a little half-day trip (we did the 9:45am-2:30pm tour). Muir Woods was absolutely breathtaking and we loved Sausalito! We wouldn't have seen this if we didn't do the tour and it was our favourite part of our time in SF

Wonderful excursion to the Muir Woods along with a stop in Sausalito. We would have liked a little more time in Sausalito, but our driver did make a stop at the Marin Headlands for a quick photo-op.

Awesome tour and guide Roman….kept us entertained and full of history regarding sights of the City …hour to browse Sausalito and more than enough time to hike the trail loop in Muir Woods and ooh and ahhh over the redwoods….recommend the tour …scenic stops…and took the curves well headed up to Muir Woods
