- For the small-group experience, each electric cart accommodates a maximum of 7 travellers, and multiple carts may be used per departure. While we do our best to seat groups together, this cannot be guaranteed, and guests may be split across separate carts.
- For the private experience, your group will have exclusive use of an electric cart (maximum 7 people). This option is priced at a fixed total rate for up to 7 guests, meaning the full price applies regardless of group size.
- Please arrive as scheduled, dress appropriately for the weather, and check your messages for any updates. Since our electric carts are not heated and are open to the environment, we recommend wearing layers of clothing during colder months.
- This is a child-friendly tour, however, please note that all children will be charged at full adult rate due to limited seating. Our eCruisers can accommodate most types of infant seats and you are encouraged to bring your own. Children are not permitted to sit on their parent's laps. We can provide an infant seat if needed, provided you call us at least 48 hours before the tour and inform us of the age and weight of the infant.
- Charts can accommodate folding wheelchairs for guests who can transfer into the cart on their own or with assistance. Please note that there is no ramp access, and we are unable to accept motorized or non-folding wheelchairs due to vehicle limitations. Wheelchairs are not provided. If bringing your own, please let us know at the time of booking. All requests are subject to availability.
- The itinerary and its order of stops are subject to change at any time. Monuments visited may change due to local road or monument closure which are beyond our control. Most travelers can participate
- Tour covers the National Mall in an all-electric vehicle. We're committed to reducing the environmental impact of vehicle-based tourism in Washington DC, which makes up the vast majority of tours given in this city. Make a "green" difference by seeing the Mall via electric transportation!
- Tour runs year-round and goes ahead rain or shine, unless conditions are dangerous. Cancellation decisions may be made at the meeting point. We may delay up to 30 minutes for weather to improve. Please arrive as scheduled, dress appropriately, and check messages for updates.

It’s a beautiful city at night. Our guide is very knowledgeable and knows lots of history. With 250th celebrations we could not go some places as easily but the guide made it happen

The golf cart stopped working shortly after we started the tour. Our amazing tour guide (Peter) walked down to the garage and grabbed another one and we continued our tour. However 5 or 10 minutes into the tour, he got a phone call telling him to stop the tour and drop us off. We were dropped off around a mile from our vehicle and the tour was canceled. We were given a phone number to contact for a refund, however after multiple calls no one answered.

Unfortunately, the contact information provided on the day was incorrect, and we recognise how frustrating it would have been to be unable to reach our team. Our team identified the issue the same day and have since processed a refund for all affected bookings. We had the best night with Joel! He was the perfect mix of information, dad jokes and hysterical. My kids loved listening to him (9 and 13- they’re hard to impress). The monuments at night are beautiful and Joel’s knowledge of them made them that much spectacular!

Based on our review and confirmation with the guide for the Washington Mall & Monuments by Electric Car tour, it was communicated that you would not be able to attend, and also declined the option to reschedule at that time.
As outlined in our policy, cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure are non-refundable. Our records indicate that your cancellation fell within this period.
*As per our policy: Booking amendments: If you wish to amend an existing booking, you must cancel your original booking and make a new one. Prices applying to the new booking will be the price at the time the new booking is made.
*Cancellation by you: If you cancel a standard trip you can cancel up to 24 hours prior to the departure of your trip and either receive a refund or a credit
We are happy to review our communications with you if you believe there has been a discrepancy. However, based on the information currently available, we will not be issuing a refund for this booking.
That said, we can provide an insurance letter for the tour cost should you have coverage in place.

Our tour guide Peter was great, very knowledgeable and attentive. The tour locations are great even though there are a lot of road closures Peter finds spots to park so we can still walk over to the viewing sites. Overall was a great experience and love the small group setting, so you are not waiting for tons of people to get back onboard.

That it is a fast paced whirlwind tour of most of the sites and they need to know you cannot see the White House in the later evening. The view was blocked by dark materials from the street due to construction. The other memorials are well lite but wanted my granddaughter to see the White house. Maybe the stops under construction or remodeling should be a stop earlier in the Twighlight time? I was disappointed as I have been on one of your tours before ( booked by family) and it was not so fast paced. Hard for the older generation to have 7 minutes to walk a memorial, use the bathroom and get back to a cart. No time in front of the capital either. The best stop was Lincoln. I probably would not recommend this tour to anyone without telling them to check the status of what they were going to see. I would tell them yo go earlier in the day,

2 of us rented the vehicle for a special tour, places we wanted to go. We wanted history of the sites more than walking up to them. Alan was the best, he gave us more history than we would have ever received of the monuments, sites and any questions we had pertaining to DC. I would recommend asking for him and a private tour, well worth every penny.

This was a great way to hit the hotspots without walking your guts off. DONTE was our guide and was extremely knowledgeable about everything we passed. Great personality. Punctual! Kept us on schedule. We were very pleased with our experience!

We were about disappointed with this tour. We were allowed to get out briefly and take pictures at the Capitol,, and Washington monument. We were given 5 min at MLK monument and 20 min at Lincoln memorial and Vietnam wall. We have been on other monument tours that took us to more monuments and allowed more time to explore. Would like to have seen the WWII memorial, Jefferson Memorual and Roosevelt Memorial and spent a little bit of time exploring them. Driving through the streets of DC in an open air vehicle during rush hour was a little disconcerting. On the other hand it was nice to be able to to have unobstructed views since weeent weren’t able to stop at most places.

Decent if you get to the cart early and claim seats. Note 2 seats are tacked onto the back of the cart facing backwards. An elderly couple couldn’t take the tour because of that. They were understandably disappointed.
Our guide was sufficient with a memorized speech. Nothing more. We got out at the capitol building (far away) for a quick pic, the MLK (8 min) and Lincoln memorials (20 min). For an overview it’s fine. Very little walking. Luck of the draw on the guide you get.

When I chose this tour, I had hoped that the electric carts would allow us to get closer to the monuments. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We were able to drive by most of the monuments. I am sure the electric carts would have been more enjoyable if it had not been raining. Our guide did a great job navigating the mall and monument area and shared some helpful information. I did enjoy the small group. We actually walked to the monuments that we missed the following evening. The tour provided a great overview of the sites.

The tour experience was far more than we expected. Chris was well informed on the sites we saw. He did a great job driving us through D.C. and pointing out many attractions with stories accompanying them. We were able to comfortably hop on and hop off at any or all the stops. It was a great way to determine if we wanted to revisit certain locations in the daylight.

Nighttime monument tourist a fabulous way to see the sights aglow and learn historical facts. The open air carts were a bit chilly, but worth it to not be stuck in a tour bus. Our tour guide was excellent!

Great way to see the mounments and Capitol at night. A whole different perspective than in the daylight. Peter our guide was knowledgeable and informative. Highlights for us were the Korean War Memorial and the Lincoln Memorial.

While I found the driver very knowledgable I find the companies policy of making the entire group wait for stragglers or no shows and then penalizing them that ten minutes to be a bad practice.
