What are people saying about Washington DC

Worth it.
I am aware these tickets usually are free if you know how to book them. I struggled to “snag” the and didn’t want to wait in the morning line. To me this was more than worth it. Communication was on point. Tickets got emailed to me. The wait was smooth and the experience was worth while. Highly recommend. Thanks for allowing me to sleep in and still have tickets.

Excellent tour with unexpected Civil War history information as well.
Dash did a phenomenal job portraying John Wilkes Booth, his mindset, and poor planning to disrupt the Union’s victory. The sacrifice of Abraham Lincoln is a sad moment in our history. This tour was excellent in addressing the what ifs as well, and a little Clara Barton, founder of the Red Cross and mother of nursing thrown in.

No big bus tour here!!!!
This was a smaller sized tour van. Which is exactly what I wanted since I have mobility issues. Guide was accommodating and knowledgeable. My son and I had a good time. My only complaint, I wished the tour stopped longer at each site. On average we stopped only for 20 min at each monument. Still had a good time.

Excellent Tour
Excellent guide - very knowledgeable and personable. The small size of the group and the ear pieces provided made this tour excellent.
It would have been helpful to know that entering the Supreme Court is not possible on weekends. I would have scheduled the tour for another day if I it was clear upon booking.

Great area history and walk about Georgetown neighborhoods
We all met our guide Vicky at the canal where she began describing the area at the beginning of the Georgetown founding. As we continued to walk about, she stopped to point out small details about the area and how it was used. The stone house, the style of house and local homes of notables like Julia Child, the Kennedy family and others. The walk did entail stairs and up inclines but not strenuous. Care does need to be taken as some walkways are uneven. Overall the walk was enjoyable and informative.

A great tour to get around the museums.
Wonderful guide Skye was friendly and had a wealth of knowledge about the area and of course the museums were a blast. It’s a walkabout so wear the right type of shoes and clothing as you go from place to place. You get to see all sorts of different buildings and architecture which is amazing and what agency’s offices are in . It’s a little fast paced but depending what time you go, the mid morning is a better time I think, you can backtrack to the other museums after the last one and spend as much time until closing to experience all it has to offer.

Great historically accurate, knowledgeable tour guide and tour experience!
I showed up late and Kenny still made it one of the best tours I've ever taken. We covered an incredible amount of ground — the White House, St. Elizabeth's mental institution near the new Mystics arena, Frederick Douglass' 9-acre hilltop estate, Mary McLeod Bethune's home, the first African American theater in the US (Howard Theater) where legends like Billie Holiday, Duke Ellington, and Ella Fitzgerald performed. We wrapped up at the Lincoln and MLK Memorials — all before the African American Museum opened at noon.
This tour is deeply immersive and covers history you won't find in the standard education system. If you're visiting DC, carve out a full day for this experience. It's not just Black history — it's American history, told fully and honestly. Highly recommend Kenny and this tour.

Had an amazing time! Kate...
Had an amazing time! Kate was so fun and knowledgeable. It was great being able to see so much in such a short amount of time. My husband and I are history buffs and thought we knew it all but still learned so much. The best thing about being a tour is time saved, she made sure to bring us right to the important things and skipped the nonsense. 10/10 recommend

Great tour!
We loved it! We had Davey Crockett and he was so realistic! It was more of a history tour than a ghost tour - so definitely family friendly. We have lived in DC our whole lives and learned many new things. It’s also nice to walk around the Capitol grounds at night! A unique experience. Davey is very knowledgeable of the history and it was easy to retain everything he said because of the fun storylines he framed! Definitely recommend this tour and the price is a steal! There are a few more that cost a bit more and I don’t think that’s worth it.

Fabulous food tour in Georgetown! Book it now!
We had a great time with Jacob on the tour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a funny sense of humor. The Ethiopian restaurant was star of the show! We loved seeing Julia Childs home and the history that went with it. Great job, Jacob!! If you’re reading this, don’t think twice, book the tour. You won’t be disappointed.

Meghan the entertainer tour guide
Meghan was very informative and truly knows her job. She is funny and very creative and entertaining in delivering information. She fully focused on just us even when people were asking questions. She made us feel special and showed us that we are her priority. She engaged in our questions even if it’s outside the realm of the tour. I highly recommend her

Our tour with Annemarie...
Our tour with Annemarie was amazing! Archives were crowded at times and she did a great job working thru the crowds, helping us to navigate to the most important parts of the exhibit and keeping things moving. She was incredibly knowledgeable on the subject matter - we learned so much about the building and incredible documents in the archives.
This was one of our highlights of our trip!!!
