What are people saying about Washington DC

Wesley was an excellent...
Wesley was an excellent tour guide! We were able to see a couple of JFK's places plus the staircase from The Exorcist.
**Could Viator please adjust the starting point for this tour? I copy/pasted the address from Viator into the Uber app and was given the wrong location. The starting point is between 30th and Thomas Jefferson somewhere near The Old Stone House. Not at The Old Stone House...just near it. Please confirm with tour guides. Thank you!

Exceptional service
The tour guide, Evelyne, was exceptional. In addition to providing outstanding information and an engaging tour, she went out of her way to help us catch up with the group when we arrived late. Her kindness and assistance were greatly appreciated. The historical information was rich and fascinating.

Arlington National Cemetery Tour with Jim
Jim was an outstanding tour guide and made our visit to Arlington National Cemetery truly unforgettable. His knowledge, professionalism, and heartfelt storytelling brought the history and significance of the cemetery to life in a meaningful way.
He shared fascinating insights throughout the tour and took the time to answer questions, making the experience both educational and deeply moving. Thanks to Jim, this was one of the most memorable parts of our trip. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Washington, D.C.! 🇺🇸✨

Excellent use of the day
The tour is amazing and both my 22 and 14 year old grandchildren enjoyed it. Tour guide Tyrone and driver Chris were in turn super knowledgeable and hilarious, and a very safe driver. Tyrone kept our interest every step of the way with his clear explanations of the sites. He was interactive and even connected with the children on the tour. We visited more monuments than I can count and the Potomac boat ride was a great way to end the tour. This tour is an excellent way to visit monuments all in one day, and in an air conditioned bus.

Great Tour.
The Supreme Court and Library of Congress was wonderful.
The Capital building was ok. Getting the Capital Building tour from your Congressman aid is more inclusive.
It’s a bit long. Doing it again I would book the Supreme Court and Library of Congress as one tour, followed by a break for another.

Matthew is the best!
Matthew is the best—his bike tours are phenomenal! We did the e-bike tour, and it was the perfect way to see all the highlights with minimal effort. This was actually our fifth bike tour, and we’ve never had a bad experience. It’s such an awesome way to explore a city.
You get to cover so much ground in a short amount of time, stop at the monuments, hop off to look around and take photos, then hop back on and keep going. You see so much more than you ever could from a bus or by walking.
Anytime someone tells me they’re coming to DC, this is exactly what I’ll recommend. We’d absolutely do this same tour again!

Highly recommended tour
Elvis was super knowledgeable about American history and explaining the monuments to us . One of his speeches got me teary eyed and emotional . Tony was friendly and a safe driver, attentive to our needs. We loved the convertible van. Great tour guide , great driver , great van , great America .

Capital segway
Went with another couple. Had a great time. Way better to get around than walking. Probably would not have been able to all this in one day unless by car. They took us by most popular spots. I like that they had bag on front to put purse and water bottle. It was hot and definitely needed to bring water. They offered water for $2 which is super cheap. Will was a great guide, had a great day with him. He was very knowledgeable, patient, nice, and glad he helped us. Loved riding the Segway. I was the only one out of group that's ever done it before but they provided great instructions and nobody had an issue. Definitely would recommend capital Segway for a different experience

Adam was an amazing guide. He was very knowledgeable and we ended up learning a lot. The golf cart ride was perfect for a hot day because we would not have been able to walk to all of those places. We have two kids (6 & 10) and they had a blast. Adam kept them engaged the entire time. Would definitely recommend.

Highly entertaining, really worth the money. But there's uneven terrain, and annoying/uncomfortable nature during Summer
I forgot my guide's name (he's the head tour guide) but he was very good, I maybe a bit biased given my obsession with the supernatural / paranormal (I love watching Slapped Ham on YouTube) but I think he's an amazing storyteller and is also very funny at the same time, I laughed really hard during it. It was very interesting to learn about these historical figures and American history in general, but I maybe biased given I'm Canadian so I hardly know a thing about American history. Before the tour began, I do recall one of his colleagues being very funny as well, so I take it he vetted the guides to be very funny. I'm from Toronto so I wasn't used to the uneven terrain so you do have to watch your step and at times there's quite a bit of steep inclines and declines so I recommend hitting the gym first, go on some incline treadmills or do leg weight training to prepare for it. There's quite a few bugs but they do offer bug spray which I regret declining. The heat is also quite harsh, but I'm only a tourist who isn't used to 40 Celsius temperatures, so definitely bring water and electrolytes to mix in if you're visiting from a colder city. It's very well worth the money, I really enjoyed it and I strongly recommend it. Also, I may have taken a picture of a ghost but maybe it's just the silhouette of a resident or just someone in what seems to be weird clothing so take pics and maybe you'll have some paranormal souvenirs to bring home

Our driver and guide were...
Our driver and guide were magnificent, calm, and concerned about our health in the heat.
However, the vehicle we were in at little to no air-conditioning and in 109° weather that doesn’t opt for good customer service. We quit the early cause we could no longer stand the heat.

Viewing the monuments at night was wonderful! We did a similar tour during the day and the evening tour was a very different visual and emotional experience. Dwayne was a fantastic guide, so personable, knowledgeable and his voice was so clear and audible. Highly recommend!
