The Pantheon is an engineering marvel and Annalisa explained it clearly and with details we would not have learned without her as a guide. We were taken thru a separate entry with no waiting. A day in Pompeii

This tour was great. The day in Pompeii was well organised and really interesting . Our guide Serena bought Pompeii to life again with her informative historical stories and understanding of the site. Lunch at the winery was enjoyable. Not quite the on the hillside of the volcano but in a beautiful winery. Great day out of Rome and highly recommended.

well worth the extra money!

My friend really wanted to tour the Vatican for her birthday but tickets were sold out so we ended up booking this tour and I’m glad we did! We learned a lot more than if we had gone ourselves and definitely would have been overwhelmed and lost without the guide. Our guide was amazing!! She was so knowledgeable and funny and made the tour go by so quickly. We could have easily done another 2 hours gladly!! I believe her name was Andreina? 10/10!!!

Interesting and Enjoyable Pantheon Tour

My husband and I really enjoyed our guided tour of the Pantheon on Monday, September 21st. Our guide made sure we started promptly, which I really appreciated. He did a great job helping us navigate the lines, so it did not take long for us to get inside. The Pantheon itself was incredible to see. Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared interesting details about its history, construction, and design, including the oculus in the center of the dome and how the sunlight moves through the building. Learning those little details made the experience much more interesting than simply walking through on our own. He also gave us time to explore and look around at our own pace while remaining available to answer questions. We had a really enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn more about the Pantheon while visiting Rome.

Amazing tour!

Our tour guide Jon was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I so enjoyed listening to his voice as he provided the history and interesting facts and tidbits on our tour. He spoke clearly and at a moderate level that was easy to follow and understand. I wish more tour guides were like him. Wonderful tour!

Great tour

I’ve done many a food tour in different countries and very much enjoyed this one. Whilst some reviews have mentioned there was less food given on this tour, I think that was reflected in the price as this is very inexpensive compared to other options. We really enjoyed everything we tried and it was lovely to walk around Trastevere in the evening. Shout out to Alessandro, our guide. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and took great care of all of the guests.

Art with bones.

The day of the dead / All Saints’ Day takes on a new meaning. Amazed how the people were able to did the graves for thousands w just a hammer and chisel. The art work done w the bones took a lot of imagination Cecilia was a fantastic guide. She gave us recommendations for food and drink that the locals go to.

A fun way to see the major sights of Rome

This was a great way to see Rome. My husband and I have been to Rome several times and just wanted an overview of the main sights. The three hours flew by . Our guide Jimmy was very helpful and enthusiastic. We were given 20 minutes to get out of the golf cart at each stop to explore on our own. A highlight of the tour was St Peter’s Square where the Pope was giving a Papal Audience to a crowd of visitors.

Dennis was our tour guide at the Coliseum and was excellent as he has engaged, personable, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Our group of five was small enough to be able to engage in conversations and ask questions. We would highly recommend Dennis with Liv Tours as it was one of the highlights of our time in Rome. Great presenter - lots to learn

Our tour was presented by Ms Margarita and she was more than wonderful, she was informative and she takes this job seriously, and spoke English so well. My wife and I were filled with so much history, we just enjoyed it so much. We loved the multiple stops and the useful information on other areas to visit. We were so impressed, we asked when she was doing the next tour hoping she would be available while we’re still in town. Very much worth it!

Well worth the time and money

The tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. They were a native English speaker and easy to understand. We saw a lot of the major attraction in Rome in an efficient time frame, with plenty of time to check trevi fountain, grab gelato, and take a bathroom break. I would do this tour again! She stopped us in shady locations but didn't keep us standing for long periods.
