Must do!

We booked this at the last minute after being so tired and hot from our summer day...the grouchy family did not want to go. But, afterwards, we were so glad we did!! The tour of the Vatican, Sistine Chapel and, St. Peter’s Basilica was such a blessing experience. The tour guide, Maggie was incredibly knowledgeable about the Vatican City History. Her information about all three locations was simply incredible. We have been wanting to visit the Vatican City for a long time and Maggie made it even more special. A+ Tour!!

This was one of the best tours I've ever done on any vacation. Our tour guide, Dario, was passionate, engaging, and knowledgeable. He took us through the Forums and Colosseum, explaining hundreds of years of history in an easily understandable way. We learned a ton on this tour and got some excellent photos. The arena floor is not to be missed! It was very hot in the afternoon sun and Dario was conscious of finding us shady spots to stop in and making sure we had time for water breaks. The three hours flew by and we left feeling like we really understood this part of ancient Roman history. Cannot recommend this tour enough!

An absolutely amazing way...

An absolutely amazing way to see the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and Basilica. Skipped all the lines and had a wonderful guide who provided a lot of insight and humor. The Basilica is self-guided and you can take your time - we took the 8 am tour and had a 12 pm lunch reservation, so didn’t do it justice - could have spent another 1-2 hrs there, easily.

A great tour with a knowledgeable guide. We went for the history and art and not for religious purposes. The Vatican museum portion can feel lengthy until you get to the Sistine Chapel and Basilica. Sistine chapel seemed a bit rushed and would have liked more time to marvel at the art but overall great experience.
