We had the opportunity to have Matt as our tour guide. He was very hospitable and knowledgeable of the history of Rome. Explained things very well and was able to interact well with our group on a personal level. Highly recommend the golf city tour!

We were excited for this tour, but it turned into a frustrating, expensive mess.
A music festival was happening right at the pickup spot, which the vendor never mentioned. That created traffic we had no way to anticipate for what should’ve been a short trip. We messaged through the app as soon as we realized we’d be late, but got no response.
When we were 5 minutes out, the vendor called us directly. We explained the situation and they said it was fine. We
arrived right at that mark, and my son ran ahead to flag down a golf cart that was pulling away. He gave our family name to the driver, who told us to wait — then drove off anyway. We waited 20 more minutes with no contact. I tried calling back on the same number that had just called us, and couldn’t get through.
When we followed up afterward, the vendor was unapologetic and refused a refund — despite us doing everything we could to communicate in real time.
If you’re going to run pickups near a major event, tell customers to plan for extra time, and actually answer your phone or app messages when people are trying to reach you. We missed the tour through no fault of our own and were still charged in full.

Great way to get a view of all big sites in Rome! Would recommend for first days in the city to get your bearings and a quick peak at everything. Great tour guide (Agosto) who provided just the right amount of information about what we were seeing. Would certainly recommend!

Best way to see Rome for first time visitors. Our guide was amazing and took us all over the city. He was very informative and took us to some extra special local spots that were off the tour too. Couldn’t have asked for a better tour to start off our trip to Rome.

There were several issues with this tour.
First booking a pick up location was difficult and communication with the company was terrible. I ended up asking for the address to meet the tour at and the company gave me an address but the guide was not there. As a result the tour started 1/2 hour late.
It did not go to all the locations on the itinerary. We did not go to any of the optional stops or two of the listed stops including not going to the pantheon.
The speakers were not working so if ypu are in the back of the cart you can't hear what the driver is saying.
Finally if ypu are mobility challenged and are looking for a tour that gets close to the stops so ypu don't have to walk far this is not the tour for you. The guide stopped several blocks away from the stops he did make and you have to walk to the location.

I was nervous to start walking around Rome so I booked this to get a chance to see Rome. Our driver, August, was great at explaining the history of locations. I took the option to get picked up at the hotel only because I had just arrived.
The ride can be bumpy is areas for those who are sensitive to bumpy rides.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this tour. The driver did not wear his headset even after being ask if he would so that everyone could hear. Driver not well versed in history. I felt like we drove in circles for about 2.5 hours.

The driver was charming and personable and a very good storyteller. He took the time to see where we had already been and show us some sights we had not seen. However, this was not a golf cart. It was a three wheeled Tuk Tuk. Not padded seats. Also since we elected to get dropped off at a different location than we met him, our tour was 2:5 hours not 3 hours.

This is a fun way to go quickly through the city. It is also a good addition to your vacation even if you walk most of the city already because you are going to receive some information from your guide.
Ours was really knowledgeable.
The cart was almost new and really comfortable.
Worth the value for the protection from the heat and sun!

Had a 930am ride scheduled and it started 15 minutes late. Our drivers headset was not working so there wasn’t much narration. We missed stops due to traffic. Did not go to the Pantheon as advertised. 2 carts moving together and most people bailed along the way due to not getting to see things. No water in the Trevi fountain. We bailed last stop at Spanish steps so we could walk a mile to the pantheon. They said they would take pictures for us and did not. Very much false advertising. Very disappointed.

Our tour guide Andy was great! Super knowledgeable about all of the sites, funny, and made the tour work for everyone. He also gave us a ton of recommendations for after the tour which we went to and they did not disappoint! It was a great way to see more of the city without having to walk. Highly recommend if you have down time or don’t feel like walking!

Complete gongshow and waste of time! Was there a half hour early, talked with every driver that arrived giving my first and last name. Our cart never arrived. When contacting customer service we were told the driver said we were “no shows” which was a complete lie. To be stood up, is one thing. To be called a liar is another. There were 8 other people for the 1pm tour that also had no cart arrive and were also called “no shows”. Disgusting that customers are treated like this!

We contacted the driver 45 minutes prior to our pick up time and no one replied. The driver was over 10 minutes late and never notified us about it. We waited for over 30minutes at our agreed pick up location and only received a message saying the driver was going to submit our tour as a “no show”.

We booked the 8am tour and it was so amazing to see things before they got so busy. We had seen some things the day prior so our guide adjusted to take us to things we had not yet seen. Jimmy shared so much history and information and had a wonderful storytelling ability. The golf cart could go down alleys and get you places you would never otherwise see. Highly recommend!!
