Absolute must do!
Our Bernina Train excursion was one of the highlights of our trip. The bus driver did an incredible job navigating the winding mountain roads and hairpin turns with skill and confidence, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the journey. The Bernina Train ride itself was spectacular. Around every corner was another breathtaking view, with countless postcard-worthy photo opportunities of the mountains, lakes, and alpine scenery. The scenery was simply unforgettable. St. Moritz was charming, elegant, and surprisingly peaceful. Its quiet, upscale atmosphere made for a delightful visit and a perfect complement to the stunning train ride. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Salvatore was very...
Salvatore was very informative, he told us the history of everywhere we had been! The bus ride was good and the boat ride was amazing! Visiting over in Lugano was a highlight, such a beautiful place! The only thing I would mention is there was no toilet on the bus or the boat, I have a bit of a weak bladder and it meant I couldn’t hydrate myself much! Other than that it was a great trip!

Espectacular
Antonella was the best tour guide I have ever had, and I say that as someone who loves traveling and has been fortunate enough to experience many tours around the world. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, always ensuring that everyone understood the history, logistics, and recommendations for each stop. What impressed me most was her genuine care for every participant. She was kind, attentive, patient, and consistently willing to help with a smile. The agency was also highly professional and dependable. They provided clear instructions the day before the tour, everything was well organized, and they delivered exactly what was promised. The itinerary was executed seamlessly from start to finish. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to allow about one extra hour in Varenna. The town is beautiful, and with a little more time it would be easier to visit the Botanical Garden without feeling rushed. Antonella thoughtfully suggested practical solutions, such as coordinating with the group and informing the ferry staff if some participants wished to return later, which reflects her commitment to ensuring everyone has the best possible experience. Still, adding a bit more time there in the official itinerary would make the tour even more enjoyable. Overall, this was an exceptional tour led by an outstanding guide. Antonella combines professionalism, expertise, warmth, and genuine care for her guests. She is, without a doubt, one of the finest guides I have ever met, and I would gladly join another tour with her in the future. Thank you, Antonella, for making this day so memorable!

Chaotic
As others have mentioned, the meeting point and overall tour was disorganized. It would have been nice to spend more time in Como and Lugano. The tour was also advertised as English but it ended up being bilingual (Spanish). This led to delays and time being wasted switching between languages. Having smaller tour group sizes would improve the experience by making it more organized and enjoyable.

Italy’s most cosmopolitan city slows its urban pace for no one, and these Milan tours will quickly get you up to speed. Tick off highlights like the Duomo, La Scala, and Leonardo’s Last Supper in just a few hours, leaving you plenty of time to explore the city’s lesser-known treasures with a guide, join a personal shopper to browse its fashion and design, or experience the buzzy local culinary scene. When you need a break from Milan’s go-go vibe, take a day trip to nearby Lake Como or hop on the Bernina Express scenic train to the Swiss Alps.
