Just do it! It was an amazing tour and we got to see all the highlights that we wanted to see. Karim is one of the best tour guys we’ve ever had in all of our travels. Karim was so knowledgeable and friendly and very gracious. We highly recommend him and this tour!
If you have a bad back, reconsider, cobelstone streets are bumpy. Our driver Marcos argued about the tour, his manager, etc. He tried to give us his own tour, generally unpleasant. He finally gave us part of the original tour. Spending 45 minutes less, barely stopping at some spots, pointing between streets for others. He explained very little, even when asked what things were. Very disapointing for over $300.00
Marco was an excellent host - he navigated us through the scary (to us) Rome streets and shortcuts with skill and safety. And he gave us time to explore and enjoy each stop. Really had a great time with him.
Luca was a great tour guide! We saw all of the great sights, stopped for a glass of wine, and saw all the beauty of Rome. It was great to save some steps as we had a long travel day the day before. I would highly recommend this tour. Well worth the money!

We had such a wonderful time on our private 3-hour golf cart tour around Rome! It was a fun and relaxing way to see so much of the city without having to walk everywhere. Our tour guides were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate, and they made the whole experience very enjoyable.

This was an amazing experience. Francesca, our guide, picked us up at our hotel and was very knowledgeable on the importance of each site we visited as well as things we drove past. My aunt had physical limitations and Francesca was great about modifying what she could to help her. Seeing Rome at night was quite beautiful. Definitely recommend.
The itinerary included in the booking was not completed and the agreed collection location accepted when booked was later claimed to be outside the area covered until we protested this claim due to providing it on the accepted booking. The driver then changed the collection time by calling calling 30 minutes and at the end of the three hours claimed he could have gone to all the stops in the itinerary. He also told had to be questioned about various sites we passed along the way like the temple of Hercules before he would explain what they were.
These various issues made us feel the trip was not good value for the price.
This is a great way to see the city and get a personalized experience! We were met outside of our hotel and saw the city during the evening. Great way to get your feet wet when first arriving in Rome!

This was a good informative tour, but the drivers did not officially narrate or describe the tour. There was no headsets or speakers, so it was difficult to hear what the drivers were saying when they did share some facts in history.
That said the tour was very fun and informative
We were so disappointed. The description clearly shows various stops with admission included. (Trevi Fountain, Colosseum) No admission was included. Description said bottled water included. Nope, was not included. Description said private tour guide. Unfortunately our guide did not explain anything to us unless we asked what is this or what is that. He simply drove us to various places, I think missed a few and said ok meet back here in 20 minutes. So, for hundreds of dollars for a private golf cart tour. Just do a hop on hop off bus on your own.

A great taste of Rome! Syd was a great host! He showed up on time and truly loved his home city. People drive like crazy people in Rome lol but Syd took it in stride.

Simone was absolutely wonderful! He was incredibly informative, accommodating, and made our golf cart tour of Rome such a great experience. We had just arrived after a 10-hour flight with very little sleep and were completely exhausted, and he could not have been more understanding. There was never any pressure or rushing—he made everything easy and relaxed while still making sure we got to see and learn so much about Rome.
What really stood out was how helpful Simone was even beyond the tour. He gave us so many great local recommendations, especially for restaurants, and we had a fabulous dinner last night at one of the places he suggested! He gave us a rundown on everything we needed to know and even later that night was still helping me figure out transportation to the cruise port and offering to help with anything else we might need while we were in Rome.
Simone truly went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, personable, patient, and genuinely cared about making our time in Rome special. Such a wonderful introduction to the city, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone visiting Rome!

We had 9 of us with 2 carts. We had a great time in the 3 hours. Wish it could have been longer. Got to see a lot of things in that time! But missed out a couple of things as well. Due to time frame of our cruise ship
We were unable to take the tour as it was canceled a few hours ahead of departure. The stated reason was an electrical situation at the facility charging the carts during the overnight hours. The maintenance crew had been working all day to resolve but it didn’t happen in time. They were apologetic and refunded quickly. Disappointing but things happen.
We have always been fortunate with all our previous Viator experiences (more than 12). This tour was not quite as enjoyable. Our guide was not well versed in some of the sights or driving in Rome Italy, missed three of the stops that were stated on the itinerary, and impersonal. Viator's guides have always been informative and very personable, which adds to the experience. I called the tour company later that day, they quickly apologized and they immediately offered a full refund. I will still use Viator in the future.

It’s a great way to get acquainted with Rome ahead of your other scheduled activities. In 3 hours, you get to see quite a bit with stops along the way for photos. Our guide, Luca was FANTASTIC. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and hysterical. He made the tour 100% worthwhile!
