Andi was amazing. Knowledgeable, witty, fun, patient, kind and an incredible storyteller. We could never have done this tour without a guide, giving us such a detailed account of the history of the colosseum and palentine Hill.

We had an amazing time. Hisam was extremely knowledgeable in every single thing he discussed. If you’re looking for a full on history lesson, Hisam is your guy. If you’re looking to stroll leisurely and not drill into the facts, this tour is not for you.
We loved it and were glad they made it so easy. FYI… tours at 4pm after you’ve walked all day are hard on the body.

Arrived at 1200 for 1200 tour and group was gone. Tried to call but basically tough luck - should have been there 15 min early. Festival in rome, crowds, traffic. I can't plan for there. We allowed 2.5 HOURS for a 25 minute walk. Had 10 people - over $900!

We are truly sorry to hear that you missed your tour, especially given the significant effort, time, and expense your group of ten put into trying to arrive on time. We completely understand how frustrating Rome's unpredictable traffic and crowds can be.
As noted on your booking voucher, all guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Because our tickets have strict, timed entry slots dictated by the venues, we unfortunately cannot accommodate late arrivals once the group has entered.
We sincerely apologize for the disappointment this caused your party.

I would recommend this tour it was excellent. Our tour guide was a little difficult to understand, her accent was a little strong however her knowledge was undeniable and she really provided excellent insight! It was truly worth it for us!

The tour was a gift from a family member and well worth it. Our tour guide. Balerio was very knowledgeable and presented the information in “fun fashion”. It was an extremely hot day (98degrees) but kept the group in as much shade as possible. I would co time to book City Wonders on future trips to get the lost out of the trip. Additionally, the cost was moderate and was easy meeting the guide at the check in point and the individual speakers let us hear what he had to say without any struggle.

Excellent tour! Our guide Nico was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history of the Colosseum and Ancient Rome. He made the experience enjoyable for both the adults and our teenagers. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, was very patient, and gave us plenty of time to take photos without ever making us feel rushed.
If you’re visiting Rome, I highly recommend booking this tour.

This tour was an incredible way to experience Ancient Rome. Exploring the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and the Roman Forum with a knowledgeable guide made the history come alive in a way that would have been impossible on our own.
Our guide was engaging, informative, and did an excellent job explaining the history while sharing fascinating stories that kept everyone interested. The skip-the-line access was a huge bonus and allowed us to spend our time exploring instead of waiting.
Walking through the Colosseum and then seeing where Rome began on Palatine Hill before finishing in the Roman Forum gave us a much deeper appreciation for the city's history. If you're visiting Rome, this tour is absolutely worth it and one I would highly recommend.

The guide very knowledgeable and the tour was interesting. It was 98 degrees that day, so it was scorching hot at the colosseum. We enjoyed the tour but didn’t see the forum.

The Colosseum and the Palatine Hills are some of the most iconic and impressing landmarks that I was able to see. It was as amazing as our guide, PierGiorgio (PG), who was able to captivate us throughout the visit, despite the heat. Even if you are not a History fan, I would definitely recommend this tour as the added information helps you recreate what the Colosseum looked like two thousand years ago in all its glory.

It is approximately three hours long. Participants need to be very mobile as there is a lot of walking but it is well worth it!

Isam was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very mindful of the group and the weather and would stop for water or the restroom for the group. The views were stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed all of it.

You haven't been to Rome if you have not seen the Colosseum. Pictures do not do this monument justice. It is magnificent. Makes me imagine what it must have looked like in its prime. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, shared a lot of historical details about the Colosseum and showed us pictures of what the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill would have looked like. It was an experience of a lifetime.

It was amazing to hear Lorenzo Posocco, our guide, share his knowledge of Rome, the Colosseum, the Forum, and Palatine Hill! Not only did he tell a lot, but had pictures and digital replicas of these sites. I had so many questions and his answers segwayed into his next topic. Great guide and great tour.

Georgio was great, kept things moving and a very knowledgeable guide. Got us to the front of the line which saved a lot of waiting. Also pointed us to some unused water fountains to refill bottle which was necessary. There are a lot of stairs on this trip so it is tough for elderly people or people with strollers.

Be prepared for a long tour (about 5-6 hours) with a lot of walking, but worth every minute.
