A unique, shouldn't miss experience

This was an incredible tour and one that should be on everyone's list if in Rome more than a day. We didn't know what to expect and found the crypts and catacombs very fascinating - a unique experience for sure. The tour company made it easy to understand where to meet and proceeded on time. The guide kept all 20+ people moving along to stay on schedule, took time to answer questions and provided sufficient time when walking through the museum we visited prior to entering the crypts. Transport between sites was on a bus with AC, important as we took this tour during a hot summer. If visiting Rome during hot months, this tour has the added advantage of being mostly inside (museum or down in the crypts/catacombs which where air is cool). When the tour finished the guide provide information on where you could go to see more sites on your own or return to your hotel. Since the end point was very close to St. Mary Major, we did a self-tour through there but made our overall experience that day even more comprehensive.

Don’t miss this tour!

When you’re in Rome, the Colosseum is a must see. I would highly recommend taking this tour and taking advantage of visiting this amazing archaeological site with a knowledgeable guide. The unexpected surprise on this tour was visiting the Palantine Hill, which no one in our group expected to be as amazing and interesting as it was and we’re so glad we got to see it.!

Great guide and interesting tour

The tour was great, exactly what we were expecting. Guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Even with terrible heat she made sure to find us shade and cooler spots for longer discussions of the history. We were very grateful for her recognition of our need to balance the weather and the tour. We learned a great deal even though we were well read on the history. Selecting the arena floor view was a great decision!

Great Tour of Vatican

I had a wonderful tour of the Vatican, the Sistine chapel and Saint Peter‘s Basilica and it all went very smoothly very fast and I enjoyed the experience. I had compared the pricing to other tour companies and while this ticket was a little bit more expensive I felt more assured there would be less hiccups, and that was true. Tour guide was great spoke great English and was friendly. Bring a water bottle with you when you come.

Valentina was a wonderful...

Valentina was a wonderful tour guide! She was knowledgable and told stories that were very engaging and helped us to understand the situation at the time. We had slower party members and she took time to let them keep up. She took into account the temperature and helped us into the shade when possible. I see a lot of notes that people didn’t get what they paid for, but there’s a lot of options when you book so you have to be careful what you pick. I’d recommend Valentina for any tour, she’s clearly knowledgable, a good teacher, and very proud of her home!

Incredible Experience

Safe, fun, and exciting! This tour was absolutely incredible. To visit so many iconic sites by skirting through alleyways and piazzas was amazing. Only a local guide with decades of experience in Rome can guide such an informative tour. I highly, highly recommend this tour if you’re a mid level or higher cyclist. Probably the highlight of my trip to Rome. It’s great to visit these sites during the daylight, but seeing them illuminated in the evening is very, very special. Book it!!!

My family and I had a wonderful 2.5 hour tour with Sharon that started at Piazza Navona and ended at the Colosseum. Sharon was energetic, informative, and fun! While we toured in the last night of the trip, it might be even better at the beginning of a stay in Rome because the tour provides a great overview of attractions that could be visited later in more detail. A great experience

Our guide, Sharon, was great. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered questions from members of our small group throughout. She shared many interesting historical (and some more recent) facts and also included some quieter areas during the walk. The tour ended in dark at the Colosseum- and impressive and memorable end. Ivan’s Night Ghost Tour

Slightly confusing to find at the start but once we met Ivan and he started his tour it was a really great and fun experience! It went so fast eventhough it lasted 1 hour 30 minutes because it was so interesting and engaging throughout. Ivan was very knowledgable and passionate about Roman history and is a natural story teller with good jokes. Defiantly would recommend as a great way to spend a night to anyone visiting Rome!
