This is a great way to see many of the top sights up close at night and learn about the history! Less crowds and cooler during hot summer too! You see a whole other side to this beautiful city and discover the energy of the evening in Rome! Highly recommend and would do during the first couple days of your stay in Rome to acclimate to the area. Dan was our guide and did a wonderful job taking us around and telling us new things we hadn’t heard on other tours.

My wife and I did the golf cart tour last year when we were in Rome and it was an amazing experience so when we brought our kids with us this time we signed up to do it again. However, our experience was not great this time. We were at the designated meeting spot at the right time. Our driver did not show up to pick us up. After 30 minutes and several attempts to get a hold of the company, they found another driver last minute who did pick us up. After a few minutes into the ride, our golf cart started malfunctioning. Our driver tried to fix it as we waited around for about 20 minutes. He got it semi working where we were able to go to another stop, but it broke down to the point it was not drivable again. The front wheels had completely locked up. We were stuck at the Pantheon for 30 minutes while our driver tried to fix it. Ultimately he wasn’t able to fix it and he told us our tour was done. He said the company would call a cab to drive us back to our hotel. We waited for another 30 minutes with no cab and decided to walk the two miles back instead. The driver just told us to call the company the next day to discuss a refund. They only gave us a partial refund which is disappointing since an hour of our total trip of 90 minutes was just standing around either waiting for a driver to show up or waiting around while the driver tried to fix the golf cart. I would choose a different provider so you can actually have a full golf cart tour instead of frustratingly standing around doing and seeing nothing.

That the best time to see Roma is at night when it is all liit up and shiny! Our tour guide Agusto was very knowledgeable about Roman History and took us to all the best views of the city!

Several weeks before We booked a different tour which was canceled four hours before we were to be picked up.
Viator would refund our money but they couldn’t manage to get us on a same priced tour. Of course the new tour was a good bit more and it didn’t meet at our hotel.
That said, this tour was great. Golf carts are super nice. Our guide Alex is new to this job but was so knowledgeable and fun. It ended up just being us as the other couple didn’t show. Would highly recommend booking and asking for Alex!

It’s a great way to see all the things in Rome. The stops were short but good amount of time to get a quick overview and good photos. Guide was very nice and gave some good information and history.

Our driver was so kind, fun, and very knowledgeable of the Rome history. I recommend doing an evening golf cart ride- Highly recommended. - it is so beautiful with lights and how the city shines.

Really fun way to see all the highlights of Italy! Such an easy way to get around and hit all the top spots. Our tour guide was incredible and gave us a full history lesson almost anywhere we went. The city was all lit up at night and it was really fun.

Its not private. Bathrooms are not easily accessible in Europe. Pack a cooler it is hot and you will need water.

This was our favorite Rome excursion! Andy was a wonderful guide - sharing information and making sure we got great photos! The city at night is beautiful and Andi made sure we got to see the best parts. I would definitely do this again!!

This is a must do!! We were able to see so much in the 3 hours of this tour. I also recommend doing this in the evening. So cool seeing things with the lights. We have already recommended this to other couples.

The Tour guide I had that evening was fantastic. He took care of everyone in the tour, provided ample time to see and photograph everything. He was considerate of the older people and supported them very knowledgable. Rude was comfortable and the guide provided exta info and answered all questions. This tour is highly rated and that’s why I chose it for our family’s time in Rome. However, I’m here to say that the experience highly depends on the tour guide you get. Our guide didn’t seem as knowledgeable of Roman history, seemed to be in a rush, was constantly distracted with texts and phone calls, and shortened our tour by cutting out three of the included stops even though we still had time left. Therefore, at over $500 for a family of four, this was not a good value for money. That being said, I still think a golf tour is a wonderful way of exploring the city of Rome, specially with teens. I would just choose a different operator.

This tour gives you a great chance to see the sights of Rome at night - most are spectacular. If possible request a golf cart that guarantees you are facing foward.

Our guide drove us around but didn’t really teach us much about what we were seeing.
He could have done much better. Our friends had a different guide that was excellent. Our tour was supposed to be 3 hours but he was done in 2–1/2 hours.

Fun night tour on golf cart! It was a hot August night but we had fun visiting all the famous sites with our driver Sam. He gave us important info about all our stops and took us to some of the nice photo spots around the Trevi fountain and the colosseum. Highly recommend it if you are short on time and want to do a quick tour of some of Rome's famous sites.

Highly recommend the nighttime golf cart tour. Great way to see a lot of the city and evening views were amazing.
I felt this tour was a little misleading. We are a group of 4 and they put us in a golf cart with another group of 3. We were in the back 2 rows and couldn’t hear the driver the majority of the time. The other group wondered off at a few stops and the driver had to go track them down. It read more of a private tour to me but it doesn’t say that specifically. The experience woukd have perfect if it was just our group as we had expected. It wasn’t the drivers fault but a poor set up by the company in my opinion. There is no was the last two rows can hear the driver talking in the noisy city.
