Pedro’s drive through Duoro River Valley was the best’

Pedro was a fabulous tour guide through the Douro River Valley and beyond! He talked the entire time, but in the absolute best way, sharing so much history, interesting stories, great recommendations, and thoughtfully answering all our questions. It was truly a pleasure, and we learned so much along the way. And if that weren’t enough, the views of the Douro Valley were absolutely breathtaking. Pictures simply cannot capture how stunning it really is! We stopped in historic Portuguese towns, enjoyed delicious port and wine tastings, and had a wonderful, authentic lunch. Throughout it all, Pedro kept sharing fascinating little tidbits that made every stop even more special. The roads through the valley can be pretty treacherous, but we felt completely safe and comfortable with Pedro behind the wheel. I cannot recommend this experience enough and would absolutely ask for Pedro by name again and again!

The most perfect day trip

Fabulous trip ! It was well planned, plenty of stop offs and the guide Mario was amazing -he gave us clear instructions through the day ,interesting talks about the history and the Portuguese culture and architecture. The palace at Sintra was spectacular but we didn’t go inside due to queues but there was plenty to see outside and we felt we didn’t miss out . Lunch at Cascais was the icing on the cake !

Perfect tour to Pena Palace.

This tour packs a lot in! We got to see so much of each town. Being able to skip the ridiculously long line at the Pena palace is worth this tour alone. Be prepared to do some serious uphill walking to Pena palace. Tiago was great making sure we got the full experience everywhere we went. I would recommend this tour.

Every aspect of our trip was amazing! From the great stop in Amerante, the drive to the Douro Valley, our guide Luis was so great! Informative and fun! Beautiful scenery and great tour of the winery, but the lunch was more than we could have hoped for! 4 courses , wine, and history of the beautiful estate was the perfect end of the tour! Ricardo did an awesome tour. Definitely One of my favorite trips ever!

A day to be remembered

What a fantastic experience this was! The places we visited were amazing (absolute highlight: the Initiation Well), the food was very good, the schedule, pickup and return were perfect. The electric van we used was comfortable for the 8 people of the tour. But above all it was Iago, our guide. Great professional, extremely knowledgeable and even funny when needed, a great guy. Very highly recommended.

This was very fun and worthwhile. The yacht was very nice and comfortable and they limit the group to 12 people. The crew is very personable. Diego and the other crew were awesome. They are very generous with good wine and snacks-they prepared a personal yummy charcuterie board for your group.

Loved our tuk tuk tour!

I highly recommend scheduling a tuk tuk tour with this company in advance of your visit for day 1 of your visit to Lisbon. Lisbon is the city of 7 hills…7 big hills with lots of steep inclines. The tuk tuk maneuvers easily up & down these narrow hills & streets giving you a wonderful overview of this grand city with plenty of stops along the way for exceptional views. Marcos was our driver. His English was excellent and he provided a lot of history and information along the way, answering all of our questions & taking pictures for us. Highly recommend!
