Fantastic family activity

I had so much fun and fantastic photos. You do not need to bring your camera or phone because the guides will take pics for you and send them the same day. When the itch to be on...

When the itch to be on the water hits, there is no place like inside a kayak in Lagos. The cliffs and water during the summer time in the Algarve Region are majestic. I would highly recommend this tour as they take you up and close to the cliffs to capture the beauty of Portugal's water scene. Jamie was an excellent guide on the water, and the entire crew was great on the boat rides from the cliffs. Book it, one of the best experiences we had in Lagos!

This was an amazing boat tour of the Algarve Coast! Marta was an excellent tour guide. You could tell she was very knowledgeable and passionate about Lagos, Portugal. The history was in depth, and I learned things I wouldn’t have come across through my own research of the region. She was also extremely accommodating and patient with helping us get the perfect photos along the coast. We finished the tour with the perfect spot for swimming in the Atlantic ocean. If you are considering doing a boat tour of the region, this one should be your only option!

Best boat tour EVER!!!

We had the best experience on the Lagos Grotto Trips boat tour today!! Highlight of our trip. We were on the 2pm 6/19 boat tour and everything about it was amazing. The staff were so kind, helpful, and funny. The commentary was really interesting and my friend and I felt very comfortable on the boat. The caves we saw were AMAZING and there was even time for some dolphin watching. We saw 3 dolphins super close up and it was so special. Again cannot stress how worth it this boat tour was and for such a reasonable price. Boat was very safe and we stayed dry the whole time. The staff also allowed us enough time to appreciate all the caves/beaches/viewpoints and we didn’t feel rushed at all. 10/10 experience!! Definitely recommend.

Easy meeting point, outstanding Captain and crew, the catamaran was on excellent condition, the tour was fun and informative, the lunch was delicious! The cliffs and water are so beautiful - the swim at lunch was do refreshing (crisp but not painful water temp) . This was my favorite day of my 12 days in Portugal

Must do boat day!

Must do! This boat was luxurious and spacious. The captain and first mate were informative and friendly. We had light snacks and wine while onboard. The Captin even but the little boat in the water and took us 4 at a time inside the Bengali cave! This is a must do while in the Algarve

A great way to spend a few hours at sea!

A great way to spend a few hours! This tour was well organized, the guide and onboard team provided a great atmosphere not too crazy and kept the energy flowing, good for all ages, whilst playing some good music along the way. Some great commentary which was balanced well with giving people time to relax and enjoy. Really great experience and a nice way to spend an afternoon seeing some beautiful coastline and caves in the Algarve. Thank you to the team for a memorable experience. We took the 13.45 tour on a nice 27 degrees day and it was perfect.

It was a great afternoon...

It was a great afternoon on the water. The catamaran was very clean, the staff were great and the scenery with the cliffs, beaches and caves were beautiful. The information on the Viator site wasn't 100% accurate as they know longer do food on the beach and instead serve you a variety of food on the boat. They did anchor the boat in a quiet cove for people to jump off and swim, but you can't go to the beach.

Our guide was very friendly and had a great sense of humour. He did knew all the angles when it came to taking pictures. It was a good balance of activity and being educational. He gave us good tips on where to go and what to do. Visiting around March, off season is best - less ppl and more time to explore.
