Memorable tour with amazing sights

A spectacular experience - the attractions are even more impressive in person than in photos. Our tour was on a rainy and cool summer day, a rarity in Portugal apparently… but it didn’t stop us from having a wonderful experience on the tour. The initiation well was worth the price of the tour alone and we will never forget entering the well as the rain fell around us! Definitely added to the mood. Hugo was a perfect guide for our group and shared so much knowledge and background that gave context and character to each of the attractions. The group on our tour was lovely and my 2 kids (age 10 and 8) felt so comfortable talking to everyone and asking questions. Highly recommend this tour and Hugo. One of the most memorable tours we’ve experienced! One specific thing I’ll highlight is that the tour operator, Hugo, and the restaurant they took us to were gracious in handling my kids multiple food allergies and gave them a wonderful lunch experience with a local, delicious, yet allergen safe meal. I’m very grateful for this experience.

The kids absolutely loved the tuk tuk, and Hasan did a great job keeping the tour engaging and fun for everyone. The only way to see Lisbon

This is the only way to see Lisbon. Walking would be arduous to get all the places. Safe, comfortable, great tour guide (Antonio) . He made it fun, interesting, and even let us stop to get Bifanas. Such a great day even in the rain. And you can get cheaper tuk tuk "guides" on the street but this company has the best vehicles, microphone on board and guides. Worth it.

The ride out to Sintra was pleasant, less than an hour. Andy was a great guide, full of knowledge about Portugal history and made the ride very enjoyable. Sintra and Pena palace were as beautiful as all the pictures. This tour also has enough free time to shop in town and enjoy a lunch in Cascais. Definitely recommend!

What an absolutely unforgettable experience in the Douro Valley! Our guide Carlos truly made the entire day so special from beginning to end. He was full of optimism, positivity, and such great energy, and you could immediately tell how much he genuinely enjoys what he does. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Douro Valley, Portuguese history, wine, culture, and the different places we visited, but what we loved most was the way he shared everything. He was relatable, engaging, funny, and so easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel much more personal. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable, entertained, and enjoying themselves. He was patient with questions, attentive to the entire group, and always had something interesting or funny to add. His enthusiasm was contagious, and his positive personality really set the tone for the whole day. We laughed so much and learned so much at the same time! The Douro Valley itself is absolutely breathtaking, but having such a wonderful guide made the experience ten times better. By the end of the tour, it honestly felt more like we had spent the day exploring Portugal with a knowledgeable local friend rather than simply being on a tour. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal, and we will remember it for a very long time. If you are lucky enough to have him as your guide, you are in for an amazing day.
