Absolutely adored Switzerland and this was a great way of seeing different places in one day. Would recommend this tour! Our tour guide, Karen, was also extremely wonderful and patient with us when mum and I were running a bit late!! Great tour with the best tour guide!

Everything was perfect! The scenery was amazing, the driver was friendly, and the tour guide, Neal, was the best. His passion for his job was evident. He was so funny, knowledgeable, and dedicated to his work. He even helped rescue a climber before our meeting time. It’s definitely something we’ll remember forever. Plus, the weather was perfect, and we gave it two thumbs up!

Great tour

The falls were amazing but there are a fair amount of stairs to get to the best views and the boat so if you have mobility concerns it something to consider. Stein Am Rhein was beautiful and tha architecture and paintings on the storefront were magical. Loved it

Great way to explore Mount Pilatus from Lake Luzerne and see it all!

Great experience give yourself extra time so you don't feel rushed meeting the schedule to catch the boat back to Luzern after the cog railway. Also a comment should be made from Viator that once you take the local bus to the stop for the gondola at Mt. Pilatus there is bus route 15 you can take to get to the lift. If not it is a long walk up a steep incline to get there. Some will have difficulty doing it and will get upset they weren't told! Other than that I felt we got everything we paid for and remember it is "self-guided"!

Fantastic experience! Would 100% fly again. The team at Paragliding Interlaken is super experienced and professional. They took care of all the logistics and made the process incredibly easy so that I could sit back and enjoy the ride. My pilot was Matthijs. Highly recommend! He was able to get some amazing height and showed off some cool tricks in the air.

Awesome day to and from Mt. Pilatus! All the modes of transportation were really fun! We enjoyed the hour allotted for the top of the mountain. Gorgeous views! We all met at the agreed upon spot at 10:15. The guide didn’t show up so we called the number provided and were told that the tour was rescheduled to 1:15. If we hadn’t called, we wouldn’t have known about the rescheduled time. Very poor communication. When we met up at the new time 3 hours later, the guide said “don’t blame me - it’s not my fault.” She represents her company and should have apologized for the lack of communication regarding the rescheduling of the tour. Not professional at all.

Wonderful Mt. Pilatus Tour

This was a wonderful tour. The coach ride was comfortable. Our guide, Yolanda, was nice and helpful and explained everything well. She got us to the gondalas, then to the top. She explained what we could do at the top. We had free time and then met to go down on the Cogwheel. From there we went to the boat on Lake Lucerne to travel back to Lucerne. It was easy. Everything ran smoothly and on time, but didn't feel rushed.

Spectacular Jungfraujoch

Wow! A long but wonderful day to Jungfraujoch was everything expected and much more. Alex our tour guide was exceptional speaking both English and Spanish all day providing us great information about various places as we passed by. Just over 12 hours from/to Zurich we picked up passengers in Lucerne and briefly stopped in Interlaken. Jungfraujoch, the gondola rides, cogwheel and normal train rides were spectacular. Tour was well organised. Jungfraujoch itself even in summer had amazing views, my personal highlight having a beer standing on ice by the glacier bar whilst experiencing the glacier was amazing. Having been to several awesome Swiss mountains during this holiday Jungfraujoch was definitely the best. Please note, no eating whilst on the bus, important to have something to eat when on on top of mountain as long trip home.

Definitely a good experience!

This is definitely worth the effort to experience an extreme environment in a safe manor. It might not be the best experience for very small children and you definitely need some cold weather clothing. I was grateful for our guide (Kid) and his prepared nature in helping us experience the tour well. I would have preferred a slower pacing to read the historical aspects of the cogwheel train’s development and to play in the ice palace longer, but this tour introduced me to “how” to prepare and plan for it. Definitely recommending!
