Reliving München 35 years later.

This was a great tour. All food choices covered the uniqueness of the München area. This was a busy time as it was Oktoberfest. We did feel a bit rushed and then had a lot of down time at the Marienplatz Glockenspiel. Enjoyed learning about the Glockenspiel and some of the different foods. Even though our tour guide was running late, Viator kept us informed and then ended up sending another guide to us.

Faizan was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and timely. He knew every trick in the book. He knew where to get the best pictures, the most economical souvenirs and the best views. The bus was very luxurious. The driver was very good, I felt safe at all times.They had drinks and snacks on board. The group size was not overwhelming, making it easy, to get to know other passengers on the trip. Overall, it was an amazing time.

The Only Way to see Neuwanstein

There is not enough stars to tell you how good this tour is. If you’re going to Neuschwanstein this is the only way to go and I hope you get Dimitri as your guide because he is the best. The snacks are so helpful, beneficial and necessary. They take such good care of you. Worth every penny!

Excellent way to learn history and see the beauty of Bavaria

Excellent tour. We loved everything about this tour We got to see the most beautiful mountains and alpine valleys. We hiked around the Eagles Nest and enjoyed the view. The Document Center is first rate, very moving and informative. Berchtesgaden is a beautiful village worth the visit. Our tour guide, Francesca, is the best. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, organized, one of the best I have had the pleasure of knowing.

Incredible

Jake our guide was the very best on we have had in over 10 days of tour. Knowledgeable , engaging, read the crowd, and you wanted to listen. Very funny as well and kept everyone in the group involved. I also personally appreciated that he is a fast walker because I need to keep moving but he would always tell the group the next meeting point so we all ended up together. Tour was incredible.

Neuschwanstein experience

I loved visiting both palace and castke on this wonderful tour. Marlene was a great guide and a lot of fun. She was helpful and provided great guidance. The palace and castle have over the top decor, lavishly decorated and personal to the tadte of King Ludwig II. A sad life and a sad ending for this man who never really learned his worth.

Great Overview with a "Real" Person as a Guide

My wife and I booked this tour a few days into our Berlin stay. A great overview of the City from the River. We ended up wishing we had done this earlier because it really gives you a feel for the City. As a real plus, this tour offers a guide as opposed to an audio recording. He was able to "ad lib" parts of the tour based on what we were actually seeing on the shore. This was a real advantage over most other tours that we saw walking up and down the river. This is a real bargain for the cost - highly recommended.

A Tour Worth Taking

Sarah showed around the city of Munich and got all the highlights from the beginning or rose of the Nazi Party. She was quite knowledgeable and interesting, especially considering the emotional heaviness of the topic. As a sociologist, I appreciated Sarah attention to the explanation of how Hitler came to power because of the circumstances surrounding Germany at the time, and how certain aspects of our current political state seem to mimic those of Nazi times.
