We had a great time sailing. The weather was perfect. Once we got out in the open water, crew members were asking for volunteers to manage the jib and also steer the boat. My husband volunteered for both, and I could see how happy he was. It was a great trip, and the captain and crew were awesome!

We absolutely loved our horse-drawn carriage ride in Beaufort, South Carolina! Our horse, Walter, was wonderful, and the entire experience was both relaxing and enjoyable. The tour was very informative, and we learned so much about Beaufort’s history, beautiful homes, and charming streets. It was such a lovely way to see the town and appreciate all its beauty and history. I would highly recommend this carriage ride to anyone visiting Beaufort. It’s a must-do experience!

Change-Up Friday

An unexpected day change in our cruise, not on our part- but by Vagabond at Sea Pines. Once we were asked on Friday to come Friday, I wish I had changed the Charleston carriage ride to Saturday, 10/31. We could have enjoyed Hilton Head island beach area on a warmer day Friday & also not hurried our visit to Charleston. We got there, took the ride, & headed back to HHI - we thought. It was Sea Pines & a $10 charge just to drive onto the property. Didn't realize that the cruise & HHI were not in the same area. The extra driving on 2 days, plus sacrificing our day in Charleston was nerve-wracking and disappointing.

This was AMAZING! We weren’t even out of the harbor and we started spotting dolphins! And we continued to see them throughout the cruise! Cannot recommend enough..it was AMAZING! We had a wonderful time on the shrimp trawler excursion! It was both educational and relaxing, giving us a unique opportunity to learn about shrimping, the local marine life, and the process of bringing in a catch. This tour was great. 2 hours of kayaking in calm waters with birds watching (heron and cormoran). We followed a dolphin that seemed to like us and kept circling around our crew of 10. Easy going in the kayak. Can work for any kayak experiences. I did take photos myself, more keen to enjoy with mt own eyes this experience for once but a lot of people from my group had plenty of time to take photos of the dolphins and even film and live chat with their family to see the dolphin. So many dolphins - it was magical!

Captain Sarah and First Mate Ray-Ray took us out on a wonderful cruise to see the dolphins and we lucked out! The weather was hot and sunny and we saw so many dolphins, swimming and playing ... it was absolutely magical! We learned a lot about them too! Great music on the boat (the boat was covered but we still wore sun hats.) We'd highly recommend this tour.
