We will be meeting at the office at 930 Bay St. 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. You can park at the Marina Parking Lot, at 1006 Bay St., for $1 an hour. This should be around a 2 hour tour.

This is a walking tour, 2 miles. I was told the day before that it was a bus tour. I did not take the tour.

I apologized to you when you came in to explain. This is a Walking Tour, period. Viator/TripAdvisor sells it as a Walking Tour. It is clearly marketed online as:

Nothing on the website says it is a Bus Tour. I really am sorry, but there was nothing I could do here at the office to help.

Kim, our Guide, did a fantastic job! She was extremely informative, but it was a very fun tour… We walked at a slow pace and she told us all kinds of interesting stories and information about the area, the houses, the residence and some ghost stories! You learned a lot in a very interesting way… We loved it !!!

We were Kim’s first visitors for the Ghost Tour. She did an excellent job with her story telling and has quite an extensive knowledge of the ghosts and the stories related to the history of the area. We were very impressed and pleased with the tour a that she wrote her own information by doing extensive research!!
