Overview

Our experience was AWESOME!!! Our crew was fantastic! It was our first time parasailing and we went first in our group. They made us feel super comfortable and the process was super smooth. They asked if we wanted a “toe dip” (just our feet to hit the water) and it was exactly what we received! :) Highly recommend!!! We would do it again especially with this crew!

Steve and Nate were professional and top notch. The excursion was smooth, the weather was great. Our group of boat mates was amazing. The feeling of going high into the air and the peaceful and serene views was not what I was expecting and a nice surprise. Music on the boat was great too! It was my first time and I’d love to do it again!

The boat left without us. No one called to check
on us as guests to see if we were coming or ask our status or tell us that they left us. We had difficulty getting to the dock because of heavy rain and traffic and were 10 mins late. I called their number and the representative said she doubted the captain would refund us. I rescheduled for next morning (she said I would only be allowed to do this one time) as the family was disappointed, however, after an hour I texted our cancellation to their number (with still no reply) because it didn’t leave us enough time for our flight the next day.

Its a good experience however flight time was a little short for the price you pay. But the boat ride was very fun.

We did NOT get to go parasailing.
Owner is argumentative! Zero stars!
Viator was blamed for our problem.
Long story, would be happy to explain over phone.
I recorded call between myself and 1 of the owners, he’s a HUGE jerk.
I’m surprised he’s still in business .

The activity itself was fun and smooth, and I would definitely do it again. However, I did feel a bit left out during the experience. I was the only minority in the group, and it seemed like I was the only one the staff didn’t really engage with—aside from when I was putting on the gear. The guy wasn’t very friendly toward me, which made the experience feel less welcoming. I’d consider doing this again, but probably with a different company that makes everyone feel equally included.

The parasailing was fun but we paid for 90 min and was only on the parasail for maybe 10 mins. The whole ride was only 60 mins.

Each ride is 10 minutes which is what you paid for if you look at the discription, the trip time does vary on how many people are on board your trip. Since it wasn't a full boat there were less rides. That is why your total time on the boat was a little shorter. Thanks for parasailing with us!

Great experience very peaceful as first timers.
You have the choice to be dry or wet (dipped) in the water. Definitely will come back to do it with other. Good to know it is in SC not far from home. Simple process, great instructors, and safety first. Go book

I took 5 boys parasailing yesterday for the 1st time and they loved it! They can’t wait to do it again! I don’t remember the captains name or the deck hand but they were both great! Highly recommend!

The guys on the boat were AWESOME! We had with us a 15 year old that is kind of scared of heights, an 11 year old and hat is autistic and an 8 year old. They worked very well with the boys and their fears.
