Our guide Lisa was very nice and I felt it was very informative.
My only complaint is that the ride was a little hot. It didn't feel like the AC was working

Definitely get there on time because the trolley will leave at exactly to our time. Overall had a wonderful experience and the narration as well as the interaction with our trolley tour. Driver was fantastic! I learned a lot more during this trip than I did in all my history in school!

It’s more than just a trolley ride. The guide would actually slow down and let you “gather-in” the scenes.

The trolley experienced mechanical problems 10 mins into our tour, so we had to return to Dealy Plaza. They did not have another trolley available, and also there nobody to even know if we would get a refund. I have requested one and hope they will handle it.

Hi Bryan, We do apologize for your experience. The trolley over heated due to a water pump failure. Mechanical failures happen from time to time. A full refund was issued to you and all of the other passengers that day. Since the water pump issue is beyond our control, would you please consider removing your 1 star review. This short tour is a great value. They do an awesome job of providing all the details of the assasination and they hit every important location to explain what was believed to have taken place on that November day in 1963.

It was a pre recorded tour. Stayed on the bus for the hour and drove through parts of downtown Dallas and Oak Cliff

Lisa was very good I liked the recording narrative, only thing I did not like was I sat in back and it was very hot air-conditioned did not reach me.

Glad I did this tour to get a better idea of the route JFK took. It was a great precursor to the sixth floor museum which was awesome. Dena was 5 stars. Highly recommend.

The trolley tour was informative. The information is recorded. The trolley was very hot. No air at all in the back of the trolley. We sat in the back to get a good seat where we could take pictures. Our son & his girlfriend sat a few seats in front of us & they said it was very hot where they were too. It was 84 that day. Can't imagine what it would be like in the summer months!
The best side to sit on is the right side.

Lisa did an absolutely phenomenal job guiding us through JFK’s last day in Dallas. The way she weaves the trolley in and out of the downtown traffic to align with designated spots in the audio is a thing of magic to behold. It was an hour well spent. My only advise for future riders is to bring cash for the tip jar. If you forget, she does have her Cash App QR code on the jar. I definitely plan on returning with more of my family.

It is a very detailed tour of the JFK. Motorcade, shooting, along the route taken. The details are regarding JFK, Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby, even places they stayed at.
