It is informative however trying to hear the audio over the beer loud AC system was difficult
Overall, we did learn some things
The audio on the trolly needs serious upgrading. Excellent tour and tour guide.
The air didn’t have to run the whole time and if so, needs a quieter system. Fantastic tour!
Very informative when you could understand what was being said over the speakers. A/C was not effective in 98 degree heat and that was the main reason we chose the trolley tour.
Learned a LOT! The tour covered a lot of ground and information about JFK and a ton about Lee Harvey Oswald.
The sound system I. The trolley is horrible!! Also, the air conditioner in the trolley is sooo loud u could not hear in the back!! The tour guide’s speaker system was worse than the sound system!!
It was only $22. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it a one star the trolley was very uncomfortable. That wooden seats were almost unbearable. The timing of the illustrations were off. They kept pausing replaying, trying to keep up blank traffic or no traffic or whatever not a good tour maybe OK for 22 bucks it went by the places so you know that’s why I give it. A three star is because the price was very inexpensive compared to some of the other options.
Good tour with a good guide and excellent narrative. Trolley is air conditioned. Interesting to see actual sights like Oswald home, Tippitt encounter site, theater capture site and Ruby encounter site. Guide also gave tremendous recommendation for Terry Black BBQ.
Great narrative and interesting stops. Driver was great. Tour was well planned. Easy to find tour stop
Fantastic way to learn history! And air conditioned trolly. Great tour. Lisa our guide was great too.
Very informational but do not go on a hot day. The Air Conditioning barely works and you will roast.
No air in trolley was so hot not enjoyable said online air-conditioned trolley if it was i didn't feel it was ready to get off not even half way through
Amazing! Great tour - highly recommended!
It’s a recording - but better so everyone always gets the same info and experience
This tour was nice with friendly guide that provided many details about the events from the time and included real audio of communications.
If you have any interest in learning more about the JFK assassination or even the town history, I recommend this tour. Sure, you can see the grassy knoll and 6th floor window from the street, but the tour takes you all the way to Lee Harvey Oswald’s house and tracks his path that day. Bonus points if you get Lisa as your tour guide, she was very kind and thoughtful. Not only that, but she added extra details to the tour that were super interesting.
Was informative despite not being able to hear the guide clearly due to the traffic outside. Had some decent stops too
It was a great tour and Lisa was a fantastic guide.
Very informative and factual.
Highly recommend!!
Live and prerecorded tour guides lead informative and powerful 1 hour tour, visiting all major locations. Well worth the money!
The tour was very informative and interesting. Will recommended to friends and family visiting dallas.
This was a great tour and included a lot of history surrounding the day that I was not aware of. We also were able to see other interesting sites along the way.
I bought my ticket online and then I came an hour before the tour and asked the person selling tickets there where to catch the trolley. He pointed to a place. I went there 5 minutes before departure but the trolley departed from the other street block and left me there. When I saw it going by me i went to the ticket seller and he told me the trolley had left and will come back to pick me up. No apology or compensation given. The trolley came back to pick me up 20 minutes later. I would never do it again and suggest ppl it’s not worth it.

HI Elizabeth, we apologize that you missed your trolley. We ask all passengers to board 15 min prior so that no one is rushed. The trolley departs from the same place every time and suspect that their was a misunderstanding where you are going to board. The ticket seller is named Adrian, and he said that he did apologize and had the trolley come back to pick you up.
We initially walked the JFK area to see for ourselves, most of the sites - so when it was time for the bus tour, we had familiarity with everything. The bus tour and our driver really did a fine job of putting the whole JFK situation into perspective. Was fun to follow the steps of Oswald - and great fun to listen to the old recordings of the parade and JFK's speeches. Was a very nice tour. AND GREAT VALUE for what we paid!
Lisa did an excellent job with the driving and explanations of the JFK shooting. The audio helped a lot, but was too loud at times.
Lisa was a great tour guide! Loved it but Lisa recommended Terry Black’s BBQ and that was a good recommendation! It’s a chain. Which we were looking for yummy Texas bbq and that was not it! Bucc-ees bbq sandwich was waaayyy better!
We enjoyed this informative tour. An audio recording explained what happened that fateful day as we were passing where events had occurred. Learned a lot I wasn’t aware of before. Would recommend
Lisa was wonderful. Very
Informative. Had a great time. Then we went tour allowed me to learn new facts about the JFK shooting.
Really enjoyable tour of the key JFK and Lee Harvey Oswald sites, very informative and on a quirky bus too. Tour took 1 hour. Would recommend.
The trollys look great! They are old yet functional, stylish and beautiful. The sound of the internal AC is loud and drowns out the audio (tour guide, recordings) of the tour some. Sometimes, the difficulty to hear/understand was due to the quality of the recordings themselves. The tour guide (Lisa) was absolutely fantastic! She was so nice, so helpful, and such a joy. An overall great tour.
This was an interesting and educational tour! Comfortable trolley and very good tour guide with additional recorded audio made for an interesting experience.
This is a very informative and interesting tour! The driver was very friendly and we enjoyed her. She did a great job manuevering that rig through all that Dallas traffic!
We enjoyed the tour. Learned facts about JFK assassination that I didn't know before. Tour guide was helpful, friendly, and resourceful. Explosion happened during our tour. Streets were blocked off. We were detoured but still received information. I highly recommend.
