It advised on line it close at 8 we got tickets for 7 we ran into traffic and got there 15 min late and it was already close

I brought my grandson, and not only was the experience fun for him, but I was amazed at the how knowledgeable the staff were, even to knowing the individual names of the different animals. The habitats also looked beautiful; care was taken to house the sea life in habitats that were as close to natural as possible for them.

The Sealife Aquarium was nice to visit while in Dallas. The Aquarium is actually small but there are two levels to explore many marine life animals. The glass dome hallway was amazing!

We actually came ok a not so good day because there was tons of screaming kids around on fields trips which kind of took away the experience for us because it was sooooo crowded.

We were needing to use up some time before heading to the airport and this was perfect. Great for little kids. The mermaids are a nice touch! We are adults but my husband liked the mermaids as well .

Pleasantly surprised! We were in Dallas for the eclipse and wanted to go somewhere during our stay. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the aquarium! It is larger than we expected and well organized. It is worth your time to visit

So glad we had tickets! Line moved quickly and we got right in- unlike people that did not have tickets. ☹️. Second time I’ve taken grandkids here- it’s about a 1.5 - 2 hour visit. Well worth it. Crystalline clear tanks - so much to see, plus little stations they “ stamped” their logs to get a free bracelet after. The touch pool was particularly fun. Tanks are set up so that no matter your height you could see into the tanks, and people as a rule were very courteous about pictures. And the gift shop was not outrageously priced. Big stuffies ran for about $10. Well worth your time. Also consider the package deal with Lego land (across the aisle) / but for another day. We’ve done both. Very very well done. And the food court down the way offers everything. If you go to the gorilla restaurant be sure to make reservations the day before. Super fun mall! Not to forget Peppa Pig World! I have driven the 40 minutes quite a few times and felt it was worth it every time.

Overall this was a beautiful aquarium, however, it was over too quick. They get you going and there's like some of the same fish in every tank. You go to the 2nd floor and get excited thinking there's more and after a corner maybe 2 it's like that's it. My children were disappointed. Not worth the price and they have an area to touch these little fish way to expensive for the experience. It was okay but we won't be back.

Horrible waste of money hardly anything was there it was literally a five minute walk through and pretty much the same kind of fish it wasn't an actual aquarium type thing at all very disappointed this was the first time that my fiance has ever been to an aquarium and it pretty much ruined his taste for it very disappointed and a waste of money

We had a good time. Although I never received the tickets through email to get in. People in the place let us in. I also bought for the lego place. We haven't had the same response. We couldn't visit the lego place and didn't receive response from viator company

Our daughter loves the sea horses and of course the tunnels. She loved looking at the stingray going over the top of the tunnel. My husband liked the information areas telling about the fish.

We paid and had a time slot to arrive. There were a number of school groups -very young children, noise levels were high and could not get to exhibits. It would have been better to block those times for school groups only and have individuals paying get access later.

The add says its a “guided tour“, it wasnt and made an appointmemt for nothing. Needs changed, or updated. I called the hotline no answer, tried the online chat no answer ok.. I was running behind for said “appointment“ no reply! But i got to go anyway and it was really nice for a walk through took several pics. Mind you i came from ky to grapevine for this.

I didn't even get to go to the place. They have a policy saying there's no refunds under any circumstances. So Monday morning I was purchasing my tickets for Wednesday, and I accidentally pressed the wrong date. And it was for Monday. And I had work I couldn't go Monday. So I called to see if there was anything they could do. And nope. Screwed out of 80 bucks. And I get that it's my fault. But I find it ridiculous that they couldn't at least just change the date and offer something for people who make mistakes I'm sure I'm not the only one who has done it. It just makes me never ever want to go. Because it really isn't okay. I suggest they change that policy. But who am I.

The exhibits were very nice and different. However, we were rushed through areas we wanted a picture and could not get it. We had to set appointment time to enter but it was very crowded, we waited in line to enter, to see many exhibits and mermaid picture. It is not something I will do again. It is also kind of pricy.
