This was an entertaining way to learn about history. I enjoyed driving around Oak Cliff to all the spots where Lee H Oswald went to after the assassination. His boarding house especially felt like a time warp. Very eerie. Preston is an excellent researcher & tour guide. Knows everything! Any questions you have, he can answer. Best thing I did in Dallas. Highly recommended.

Dan did the best tour I have ever been on after touring 49 of our 50 states. He gave me lots of information and never demanded I accept his views. He encouraged me to keep an open mind and form my own opinions about the tragic event that happened here in Dallas in 1963.

Tim was an excellent tour guide. He made the JFK portion of the experience fun and informative. Tim deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, we didn't get Tim for the Dallas portion. William drives too fast. We felt he was reckless and rude at times, hurrying us along. Overall, we enjoyed, but would be better with a consistent tour guide throughout.

My husband and I were transiting through Dallas and only had one full day there. Being primarily interested in visiting sites associated with JFK’s assassination, I’d booked a hotel within walking distance of Dealey Plaza & the Sixth Floor Museum. It’s true we could have done this by ourselves… but I’m so glad we booked this full day tour with the incomparable Dan of Dallas Fun Tours instead.
Dan is not only extremely well-versed in all aspects of this controversial moment in world history, but also passionate about sharing his knowledge, and ensuring everyone has a fabulous day.
The first half of the day is devoted to the JFK/Oswald connection and we were all moved when Don drove us slowly down the identical route JFK had driven on that fateful day, as well as visiting key sites in Oswald’s journey. Outstanding, thought provoking coverage we’d never have achieved ourselves.
The afternoon was a tour of Dallas attractions, which was thoroughly enjoyable - including the arts precinct, Hyland Park, and the epic bronze cattle drive sculptures. Again, we’d never have got to all this by ourselves, even if we’d had several days.
No question: this is a fantastic tour by a great guide. Don’t hesitate to book it!

Dan our guide was very helpful and informative when it comes to the history of Dallas. He knows all the back stories to thing that shaped Dallas and what made it such an industrial Hub in the oil, cattle, and now banking industry. He also was very informative of the JFK assassination and how things went down with many inputs on facts, theories, and opinions.

If you're looking for a day of unending historical fact and data the don't hesitate to book the Dallas & JFK Tour and hope that you get Ivan. I really liked Ivan as my tour guide. Him and the lady we met at the Oswald boarding house gave a totally different spin on the typical beliefs and theories about what happen on the day Kennedy got shot. in Dallas. Take the tour worth every penny you pay for it. Best tour and tour guide in Dallas.

Our group of 8 seniors had a fabulous time in Dallas with our tour guide Dan. He was very aware of our walking and eating needs. Dan presented a historically accurate tour of the JFK events of 11/1963. He went out of his way to keep us close to the outdoor attractions. What a immersive detective tour with Dan and he's great knowledge about JFK assisenation, I was blowned away, he is definitely the best tour guide in the town!!! And Orlando did not let me feel down after history that made this town and country sad. He gaves us great ride around Dallas, beautiful playlist and Beverly drive, during beautiful charming day showed me so many different colors of the city of cowboys!! All together was a blast, thank you Gents was such pleasure meeting you!!

I enjoyed my time on the Dallas and JFK tours. However, the Dallas tour (besides information on JFK) was kind of a let down. No fault on the tour guide, but I was unimpressed with Dallas in general. Nothing but highways and buildings. The information on JFK is a must. The Oswald Rooming house is a neat stop but not sure that it's a necessity if you are debating on doing this part of the tour. If I could do it all over again, I would stick with the JFK Tour and 6th floor museum only.
