For safety reasons and per the kayak manufacturer we have a weight limit of 250 pounds per person and no more than 425 pounds total for the kayak. We use tandem kayaks for 2 people

Nick was an excellent guide who shared just the right amount of information in our group about the area but allowed us to enjoy our time as couples as we made our way around the lake. He made certain everyone had a good time and experience. He took pictures and ensured everyone was comfortable and that their lights were working. It made for a really enjoyable time on the water. Just a lovely place and people.

The tour guides were very nice .I enjoyed overall but the tour operator told me he will keep my backpack in trailer .When tour ended I asked for my backpack as my cab was about to come he started yelling at me saying I told you to take the backpack with you in Kayak .If that’s what they wanted then why he told me I could have kept it in the trailer .And he has no right to yell at customers.I just asked for my backpack that too when tour end time reached .Theh should learn manners on how to talk to customers.

We’re sorry to hear about the miscommunication regarding your backpack. Prior to the tour, the person you spoke with on the phone—who was not on site—did inform you that personal belongings, including backpacks, should be taken with you in the kayak. Unfortunately, since that person wasn’t physically present at the launch site, they had no way of knowing that you had left your backpack in the trailer despite the instructions. When you left the tour early—while the guides were still out on the water with the group—the team member on the phone was trying to explain that there was no one available at the trailer at that time to unlock it. We understand how stressful that moment must have been, especially with your cab arriving. We always aim to provide respectful, helpful communication and a smooth experience for every guest. Your feedback is appreciated and will help us improve how we communicate with guests both before and during tours.

Amazing!!! Had a blast! Yelled “help” only a million times but didn’t need help. 😂Tristian was awesome. 👍🏾Sooooo much fun with everyone even other guests. Laughed, talked, watched the sunset, wild life (ducks, cranes, egrets, birds, planes in the sky, bikers, walkers, the creek, etc.) The views of nature on this lake tour is so beautiful and majestic! Water so poised the glow of the clear kayaks were very serene. Just Get Up and Go Kayaking!

This experience was incredible! I went with my 70 year old mom and 2 kids (9 and 6). Dalton was the best guide! Patient, kind, remembered each of our names and navigated our group stunningly well. We saw many ducks, birds, and even a family of deer! We live less than 30m from Grapevine and had never done this before. We will be sure be back again! Thanks for being the highlight of our spring break!

Cosmic kayaking

Brian and Tristan were so great! I had a broken ankle and neither of them let me fall getting in and out of the boat. The lake was so calm and the sunset beautiful. Once we were able to turn on our lights, I was ecstatic.

Beautiful and peaceful!

The lake was vey calm and peaceful. It was beautiful to see the sunset. We saw deer by the edge of the lake getting a drink of water. At night, there was a full moon and it was really cool with our kayaks lit up. The guides were very friendly. I would highly recommend if you want a peaceful experience with beautiful surroundings.
