Dace was our guide for this Vienna walking tour, and she has a wealth of knowledge! We have gone on previous walking tours, and judge the tour by the guide's knowledge, passion, and love for the city. Dace had all of this and then some! Great tour that was almost 3 hours that went by very quickly. She gave great detail and history on the Austrian empire and how the different buildings and structures came into play. Also a lot of detail on the monarchy and how they influenced the city, architecture, music, and food. Would highly recommend this tour and Dace! Thank you.

Great experience to enjoy a live world-class string quartet performance in St. Peter's Church. Sold out and unforgettable. A little deficiency about seating. Some are arranged to seat on metal folding chairs while most are in pew. They are not because of arriving late, but to offer to sit on these cold chairs. It's their choice, but I doubt it is comfortable at all. (We sit in pew.) Personally I feel that since we all spend the money, all desire to receive a nice treat.

Our guide Sandra was amazing! The tour was lovely and she shared great information as well as her own personal insights. We learned a lot about the Habsburg reign and her favorites. The tour of the gardens and the “Wow” moment was worth it all! We were staying at the Hilton Park Plaza and the train ran directly to the castle from the Mitte station in front of the hotel. Very comfortable Mercedes runner vans. Reasonably sized (12 person as opposed to the 30-40 person bus trips) personal tour. Good information on the drive to the stops. Underground lake was beautiful and the history behind the lake was amazing. I would recommend a blanket or jacket because it is about 40° F in the tunnels. Wine stop was a very nice small family winery in a gorgeous area. We had Ivan as our driver who spoke enough English to make us laugh a couple times. Taras was the main tour guide who made sure we had everything we needed and had great stories and information about all aspects of the trip. I would highly recommend this tour!

A unique way to explore the food and neighborhoods of Vienna

Magdalena was an excellent guide for this tour of Vienna which not only treated us to a variety of local foods, but also took us to outer neighborhoods which we would not have explored on our own. We experienced lively outdoor food markets and visited small local shops to sample classic Viennese food like Wiener schnitzel, pastries, and cheese stuffed sausages. It was a good combination of walking through neighborhoods and taking public transportation such as trains and above ground trams, which made it easier to visit different districts without exhaustion. Having a small group of 5 made for a more personal experience and gave us the opportunity to ask Magdalena about her experiences from growing up in Vienna to living and working there as an adult.

Great Hallstatt Day Trip

Hallstatt is a fantastic destination, definitely worth visiting. The lake and town are beautiful. There is also an interesting museum with artifacts from Neolithic and Roman times. The boat trip around the lake was also fun. The trip from Vienna takes about 3 hours each way, but the time goes by quickly with a couple of scheduled stops along the way. Our tour guide Lilly, was very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this day trip.

We had absolutely great international group in this trip. Our guide&driver Martin was so great and he took very good care of us. He made our day so special. We had two different tasting session. Book direct, we made our own way to the desk, checked in, then taken to our seats which to be fair we weren’t expecting, We were sat in the isle not the pews, consequently low down.
