This was a good experience to learn a little bit about the history of Austria. I enjoyed the different aspects of the event, like video, VR, hologram, wax figures and more. I would recommend for all ages.

The experience was fun and interactive. Only down side is that we were with a group of 6 kids that neither the parents or the guide could control . This caused issues when trying to listen to audio translations and ruined the immersion of the experience

If you change the time of your experience with Viator and receive confirmation that does not ensure it was received or will be honored by time travel magic vienna history tour. I changed the time a week in advance, but when we arrived for the scheduled time they only had our original reservation, which had passed and we were not allowed entrance. I have requested a refund through Viator, which we are awaiting an outcome for.

Interesting technology used and special effects. Good for older children. Not much use if you do not know some Austrian history as it’s somewhat simplistic approach and brevity will leave those people lost

Air raid shelter experience was very realistic and thought provoking and simulated ride experience was such fun and informative. The whole experience was so engaging and entertaining and we learned so much too.

We enjoyed the mix of funny history and actual facts. We learned a lot about Austrian royalty and the effects to this day. Liked the virtual 3D and the headsets were cool too. A fun hour long visit with our teens.

This was a fun different tour, fun with the animatronic and simple rides to ‘tour’ the history of Vienna and different as you never left the building 😁. Would recommend to others. Also located close to the heart of Vienna so very convenient for additional sightseeing opportunities
