NOT a ticket just a voucher
You do not skip a line, you have to get in line. Because what you get from Viator is only a voucher. Then, you have to wait in line. To exchange the voucher for a ticket. Just buy a ticket at window, the lines are the same length

We enjoyed our time at the museum. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour much better. We would do it again if we had the same Guide.

Perfection !!
I toured the museum with Julia. Thank you for the knowledge. It was more than I expected. I fully learned so many details about the paintings and the artifacts in the museum's great displays. And many back stories of the pieces. I'm still thrilled with the time spent learning from Julia. I really came away with a sense of the preciousness of the museum's items.

Museum 5 Stars. Viator instructions 1 star.
Viator should provide additional instructions about the steps to gain entry with their Skip the Line tickets. When you arrive must go to a special booth to have Museum issue their entry tickets. Only then can you get in line.

There is no advantage to...
There is no advantage to buying tickets ahead of time with Viator because you still have 2 lines to stand in to get a true ticket and to enter. Loved the museum though!
