What are people saying about Vienna

Great introduction to a central part of Vienna.
This tour was just the right pace. We visited a variety of spots, all within a focused area of the city, and our guide had interesting stories, with just the right level of detail, for all of them. These included plenty of history along with a bit on art and architecture and a nice dose of humor and local flavor. The tour is a survey - it gave us the right sense of the area, so that we knew which spots to go back and visit in a more in-depth way later on.

We had a wonderful tour...
We had a wonderful tour of Schönbrunn Palace, and it was an unforgettable experience. The palace itself is breathtaking, rich in history, and beautifully preserved.
A special thanks to our tour guide Alexander, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and brought the history to life with fascinating stories and insights. Their witty sense of humor made the tour engaging, entertaining, and enjoyable from start to finish. They struck the perfect balance between sharing historical facts and keeping the group entertained.
Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vienna, it’s well worth it!

Great intro to Vienna and its food
We really enjoyed our tour with Elena. She was very knowledgeable about Vienna and the foods we were eating. The tour included plenty of indoor (air conditioned) spots and time to sit and enjoy the foods, not just small bites while we walked. The food was delicious (even our picky 11 year old had plenty he liked) and the tour was well paced. We really enjoyed it as a way to get to know the city and its cuisine on our first day in town. Would definitely recommend.

Nikoleta our tour guide...
Nikoleta our tour guide was excellent. This tour is a must as you get to see some very important and iconic sights in Vienna especially if you are short on time. She is very knowledgeable about the history and the whole experience is very pleasant. I highly recommend this tour.

Salzburg Tour
Absolutely the best experience! This was not just a ride. Robert ( the guide) was outstanding. He blended a mix of historic and cultural facts, with personal antidotes that kept the trip entertaining. ( not common with many guides)
The iteration he inspired, had a group of silent strangers joking and laughing together by the trip back. Thank you Robert.

Plentiful food tour!
We tasted Vienna until our bellies were so full on this tour. Ana did an incredible job explaining the importance of the foods and how they influenced Vienna’s culture. You get to try pretzels, sausages, a full meal with schnitzel AND goulash. The goulash meat tasted like very tender brisket. Delicious! To finish the tour, a variety of desserts were offered and all were wonderful. Definitely choose this particular company when booking a food tour in Vienna. You won’t be disappointed!

Great Introduction of Austria
Michael is a wonderful tour guide. He’s mindful of the guests’ comfort and told us a lot of stories about Austria—both historical and current. I have learned a lot in two hours. All the spots he showed us are interesting. Cadence for stopping was also great. Thanks!

Super informative small group walking tour of Vienna
It was a very engaging tour, our guide was excellent in anticipating the groups needs, shade at all stopping points. Water breaks, it was 30 degrees. Apart from her deep knowledge of the history of Vienna/ Austria, she was funny and very friendly. I highly recommend her.

Guram, an excellent guide in Vienna.
We were a group of 4 and booked a private guided walking tour. We had a wonderful guide in Guran. He was courteous, discreet and so professional, with endless knowledge of all aspects of Vienna and the places we visited on the tour. He also gave us great insight in to the history of the Austro-Hungarian and other empires.

Lisa is the best tour guide!!
Lisa was a wonderful, energetic, knowledgeable, and personable tour guide!! Highly recommend taking this tour with her, she was fun, her English is perfect, and you can tell she loves showing people her city. Bike tours are the perfect way to see lots of sights in a short time - get the lay of the land at the beginning of your trip and then decide what you want to revisit after. One negative: the group size of 15 was too large for one guide. We had to wait 2 traffic light cycles most of the time when crossing streets which was frustrating. However, overall I still very much recommend this tour.

Great Vienna Orientation
Bridgett was a fantastic guide and gave us a wonderful introduction to Vienna. We learnt so much about the history of the city while visiting many of the key sites and landmarks. Bridgett was incredibly informative and tailored the style of the tour to suit us perfectly, including showing us how to use the public transport system, which made getting around so much easier for the rest of our stay.
She also shared lots of excellent recommendations for restaurants and other things to do, helping us make the most of our time in Vienna independently. It was a great experience and the perfect way to start our visit to this beautiful city. Highly recommended!

Musicians with Excellent Audience Rapport
What an interesting little concert hall! We really enjoyed this concert. We were not sure because of the mixed reviews but we loved this comcert. There are only 3 musicians but due to the acoustics the sound fills the space. The programme was a nice blend of familiar (gorgeous piano with Moonlight Sonata, and lovely Cello with Ave Maria.) and Lesser known pieces too just to keep it interesting! After sitting on those church pews in other venues we were grateful for those chairs! A nice coat closet was provided and it was free! It is also a nice warm hall compared to the freezing churches where we attended the other concerts we heard. The operators provide a short intermission and drinks are available for a nominal fee. I was glad to have a little break as it made it seem more like a traditional concert and champagne is always festive! The musicians are of course talented or they wouldn’t be here but more than that they really loved their music and took the time to connect with the audience. Considering people come from all different backgrounds in music I think this event was a great mix of pieces showcasing each musician with something for everyone. We have attended almost all the smaller concerts here and this one was one of the best!!
