Could not locate venue

We arrived at the address given but could not find the venue. Tried to contact viator without success. So no concert and out of pocket having paid for VIP tickets hope this will prompt viator to contact me. Had two things booked one cancelled prior to going and now this. Not Happy

Very talented performers

The venue had to cancel the 630 concert that we signed up for and asked if we could go at 8:30. We accepted and to our surprise we got VIP treatment sat in the first row in front of the stage and received a glass of champagne each during intermission we needed a taxi to get back to our ship and a staff member stayed with us until our taxi arrived. Would highly recommend this experience.

Misleading

The location is an office that is used for concert and you can't collect ticket neither online nor at the location, with the exception of 30 minutes earlier since there is nobody there!!! This should be explained

Very nice concert, but the photo is a bit deceiving as there were not as many musicians as are shown. The venue was hard to find...not the building, but the salon where the concert was to be played. There were several entrances and even the folk who worked there (it's an office building) had no idea where the concert would be. But once you found it, it was easy to get to. Nice selection of music, musicians and singers were excellent. It was a nice evening out

A Great Evening

This was a lovely concert of classical pieces of Mozart and Strauss, played by the accomplished Vienna Residency Orchestra. As well as short performances of light Opera songs by a very good tenor and wonderful Alt Soprano emphasising their humorous intent and similarly two very good ballet dancers, who were very entertaining. The setting of the old Vienna Stock Exchange is very beautiful and the small to medium sized concert hall provides an unexpected intimacy.

Hard time finding the meeting point

We could not find the meeting point to pick up the tickets. We asked many locals and they could not find it either. We ended up being 20 mins late but the lady let us in when I showed her the viator app. The concert was spectacular but finding it was not.

I booked with Viator. The options were 6:30 and 8:30 and chosen 6:30. Viator informed us until the last day it was 6:30. There was only one concert 8:30 with our name. The operator told us that they should have informed us of the changes and gave us a glass of wine each for compensation. The performance was very good but it didn’t match the photo in the advert.
