Hard time finding the meeting point

We could not find the meeting point to pick up the tickets. We asked many locals and they could not find it either. We ended up being 20 mins late but the lady let us in when I showed her the viator app. The concert was spectacular but finding it was not.

I booked with Viator. The options were 6:30 and 8:30 and chosen 6:30. Viator informed us until the last day it was 6:30. There was only one concert 8:30 with our name. The operator told us that they should have informed us of the changes and gave us a glass of wine each for compensation. The performance was very good but it didn’t match the photo in the advert.

The only problem that I faced was the timing. I booked for 6:30 but apparently they changed the time. So I had to wait there till 8:30, the concert is in an office building and the employees there didn’t know that there was a concert made in their office building, but they were so nice and helped me, and I met some beautiful souls. I went to eat at a restaurant 19 mins away from the building and got back for the concert. I told them about not updating me about the change of time and they apologized but they couldn’t do anything to compensate me. I didn’t mind it because they were so nice.

The impeccable orchestration and delivery of the Great Maestro Mozart’s music. The opera singers and dancers were a delight as well! It was every bit worth bearing the chilling weather for this concerto! We are from USA California with mostly warm days and some cold nights during winters which dip into the 50 degree temperature status. We loved your beautiful city and above all the culture and significance of which the old world buildings & monuments represent!

This gets a 1 star rating because at 8.20pm, 10 minutes before the consert was due to start, an announcement was made that the concert was cancelled. We are currently arranging to get a refund. Still sound s like a good concert, but we will nevr know.

Amazing performance in a beautiful venue. It’s easy to get the tickets by the entrance. Be there early to pick a nice seat so you’re not far out by the wings
