Giselle was amazing! So knowledgeable, so kind, really keyed into the entire group. It was very hot and sunny today, and she kept finding secret shade everywhere! We enjoyed that there was an opportunity to pause for a sweet midway through, and that it was actually also part of the tour! Highly recommend!

Our tour guide was exceptional in her approach and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the history of Vienna and Austria from musicians, writers, historical events, buildings you name it she had it all. Also it was a very small group which made it that much better

Hits a lot of the highlights in the city center and provides lots of background history. Beatrice did a great job bringing the city to life and was open to questions. This is a great tour to start off your visit to Vienna and familiarize yourself with where things are and what you may want to visit more in depth.

I didn’t get as much of the overall history of the city as I would have liked. It was difficult to follow jumping around to various different people and time periods.

Ok tour. Wish it had more overall history of area and not little piece meals delivered in unorganized fashion. With strong accent and poor headsets can be tough to understand at times. Expensive tour for what you get.

I was genuinely surprised to read your review, as I remember your wife telling me at the end of the tour how much she had enjoyed it and that she wanted to leave a tip via Venmo ( and I explained that Venmo isn’t used here in Europe) . What a tour. We went all over the city and saw many rare and historic locations that I wasn’t expecting. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and exciting to follow around the city as she was so well versed and spoke perfect English even though she new 4 different languages

We had an amazing tour with Beatrice. Even our 11-year old said that it had been so far the best tour. The excursion was very interesting with lots of facts, history, and places to visit. It gives you a lot of ideas on what to visit and see. We wish we took it the first day we were in Vienne.

A fantastic walking tour! We covered so much ground and learned many hidden gems about the city. Giselle was an excellent guide; she was incredibly informative and ensured we were as comfortable as possible in the heatwave by finding many shady spots and visiting public churches and other indoor spaces. This was a great way to be introduced to Vienna.
