Mount Fuji Good Time
Keiko did great job guiding us. We had a great time annd saw the beautiful sights of Fuji! Only feedback is I wish let us know lunch was cash only so I could prepare little more cash. Otherwise highly recommend! She also care for my 5 year old like her own.

This was it! We wanted to...
This was it! We wanted to see as much of Tokyo as possible, from disembarkation from the Tokyo cruise port to Haneda. And we got so much more! Mike met us with a luxurious ride and we finalized the details of our tour. We not only saw everything on our list, but also got some in-depth information/insights, a delish ramen lunch, and time to shop for souvenirs. Mike was an excellent driver/guide and made this a very enjoyable experience!

Snow monkey tour
Two very important points: first point being that it's a 4 hour drive from Shinjuku to Nakano, second one is that from the base of the park there's a 2.0 KM walk uphill to reach the actual monkey park, not recommended for people who have issues with walking long distances or those who need to use canes. We arrived at 1:00 PM at the base and we were supposed to be back at the bus at 3:15 PM to depart; however, there was an elderly couple with canes in our tour and by the time we were leaving the monkey park they were just making it to the top as it takes about 40-60 mins if you're in a good health condition with no issues walking uphill. The time you spend at the monkey park is around 30-40 minutes since you must make it back to the bus on time. The place itself is beautiful and enjoyable but you have to be ready physically for this excursion, we overheard a lot of people who said they had not heard about the walking distance or the fact that the park was at the top of the mountain. I would recommend but please make sure you are aware of what it takes to get there. In the end we were all at the bus by 3:25 PM, but we had to wait an additional 1 and 30 minutes for the elderly couple who used canes to make it back, who only made it back that fast because Ken our guide was wonderful and managed to get transportation to get them back down. TDLR: 4.0 KM walking distance, half uphill and half downhill, the drive from Shinjuku is 4 hours total, you spend around 30-45 mins at the monkey park, could make it 60 if you get there quickly, but it is physically challenging for some. Around march it's not fully covered in snow but a mixture of mud and snow. NOT recommended if you need walking assistance

Pleasant is not just a state of mind -- pleasant was a complete, satisfying experience booking this trip
This was a most wonderful trip. We booked really late -- the evening before, on a whim, on our second to the last day of a week-long trip to Tokyo. Booking was a breeze. Meet-up details were exceedingly comprehensible, and the bus showed up punctually. And the tour itself -- it was such a joy. The best part was the place where they took us for a lunch and there was a nearby spot in the lake that had not many tourists in it: practically deserted. So there's lots of opportunities to take photos and to meditate. The traditional village part was also memorable. Special shout out to Chen, our tour guide -- classy, gentle, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Her soft touch and inner calm really shines through. 10/10 would take the this tour again within the year when i come back with the rest of my family, and would recommend to friends.
