Amazing time and fantastic guide!

Our guide Suga was honestly the best tour guide ever! He was funny and we had a great time together - sometimes tour guides are really stuff but he was super informative and a great time! He played sword fighting with our 10 year old son and equally hi gout and chatted with us adults easily. We saw so may great markets and cool places we never would have seen if we didn’t have him! We loved Osaka so much because of our time with him, highly recommend it will be a highlight!!

Willa is a winner!

The most magnificent sites in Kyoto and Osaka were enhanced by Willa our guide. She gave us plenty of time to enjoy especially at Nars Park, the bamboo forest and beautiful, traditional temples and gardens. We also had time to walk around and see how the residents live in Kyoto, which was a treat since we were staying in Osaka. Best Sumo Show in Osaka

One of the best sumo shows!! Worth every penny. Brandon the MC/Host kept us entertained the entire time with lots of wonderful information about history of Sumo wrestling. The sumo wrestlers Kai and Ryuu were very professional and put up a great performance for the audience!! My son got to participate during the audience participation round and really enjoyed it and had a first hand experience on how grueling it is!!

Big Day Out - Great Overview if only in Osaka for a short time

Firstly, make sure you are ready for a big day - approx 14hrs. I found the communication from the operator excellent prior to our departure, where to meet and remember, they run on a tight time schedule and you cannot be late. Trains in Japan run exactly on-time, so there is no room for a minute or two being late. We were greeted by our guide at the meeting point who then accompanied us to the next station to our connection for the bullet train - what a great experience. At the end destination from the train, we were greeted by our guide for the day and stepped on our bus for an hour drive to the ferry to Miyajima, which we were advised to go to right side for the best view (along with everyone else !!) From the ferry we followed our guide, we made our way to the Itsukushima Shrine with many stops in-between and then left to wander around by ourselves for approx 1.5hrs to enjoy this amazing place and see Deer who were a bit persistent. A place we'd love to go back and spend some more time. Again, remember this tour is on a time limit and being late is not an option. Next stop was Hiroshima Peace Memorial; felt we were a little rushed but there is so much to see and absorb - the museum was so busy and crowded we probably didn't fully appreciate the whole experience and have put on the list for next time to spend more time. Overall, the tour was a great overview and would recommend if you have a short time in the area and trying to experience as much as you can. Tip: we were lucky there was only 15 on our tour and not sure whether we would of enjoyed if we had a full tour group, not against the guide, it is more keeping that many people together and hearing what is being said. Overall - enjoyable and recommend.
