Unique Experience for Car-Lovers (& Car-Likers)
We really enjoyed the JDM Tour with Michael. We were totally floored by the number of amazing cars in the Daikaku parking area - we just kept walking and looking, and circling back to look again. This is a completely unique tour for people who enjoy cars...you don't have to be a die-hard car lover or even know that much about them. I was skeptical when we arrived at the Autobacs store, and thought "I hope this isn't as good as it gets"...and it definitely got better!! The Daikaku parking area alone was worth the long drive from Shibuya, and the sights and stops along the way were nice, too.

A smooth experience
Our driver was exactly where she had said he would be (we contacted a couple of days before to ascertain) with a large legible sign. We were escorted to a taxi stand where he left us while he located and pulled up our vehicle. All in all the very smooth experience.

Great fun event.
I wasn't sure what to expect, but this turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. The experience offers much more than just watching sumo wrestling—it provides an engaging introduction to the history and traditions of sumo, followed by the opportunity to enjoy a traditional chanko meal, the hearty dish famously eaten by sumo wrestlers.
The live wrestling demonstration was entertaining, but the real fun came at the end when audience members had the chance to step into the ring and challenge a sumo wrestler. It made for a lot of laughs and created some unforgettable memories.
If you're looking for a unique cultural experience that's both educational and interactive, I highly recommend this event. I had an amazing time and would absolutely do it again!

We had a great time...
We had a great time exploring the Meiji Shrine, fish market and Asakusa with Kenji on a morning tour! He provided good information on each site, gave us plenty of time to explore on our own and helped with navigating the train. Kenji was a great guide!

Walking food tour
Ali was an exceptional guide who made our Shinjuku experience unforgettable. He expertly led us through the busy streets, sharing fantastic local insights and introducing us to some of the best hidden food spots in the area. His knowledge of Tokyo’s food scene was outstanding every stop was spot-on.
Beyond that, Ali was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic. He happily answered all our questions about Tokyo, making us feel comfortable and well cared for the entire time. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. The food stops were all delicious. I had a friend who had a food allergy and there was no issue at all with substituting foods that he could eat. Each stop offered multiple dishes to try and did great with representing the Tokyo food scene. We would absolutely return to each spot we stopped at.
I would highly recommend this tour and hopefully you get Ali as your guide!

Excellent Tour!
This was a great first tour in Tokyo for us to learn about Old Tokyo and take in a variety of sites. Our guide Kiyo was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. The tour was well-organized and well-paced… but be prepared to walk a lot! Kiyo did give us ample resting points in the shade though, while explaining some of the sites. Sign up… you won’t be disappointed.

Delightful experience
This was one of the best trips I've taken through viator. The food choices were excellent as was the walk through Shibuya. Our guide was very knowledgeable and very fun and entertaining as well. If we had had more time I would have taken the one through Shinjuku as well.

Highly recommend, exceeded my expectations
Fumi was an excellent guide. We learned about the auction, what all the different people were doing, the fishing technique, the processing of the fish, the supply chain process, and that was just the beginning. We learned about many other Japanese foods and went to the market after the breakfast, where he taught us about knives, green tea, even earthquake building innovations. It would have been a huge mistake to have gone without him. I occasionally overheard some other guides and was so happy we had Fumi, because he was trying so much harder to give us a good experience. He even had visual aids and handouts we got to keep, which we did refer to later. It was a rich experience that exceeded my expectations, and special to have a human connection to Tokyo as well.

Highly recommended one day concise tour of Tokyo covering all key areas
Excellent one day trip of Tokyo covering all key areas including two types of temple across two religions. The Hato Bus tour operator was very comfortable and well structured, and especially big thanks to our tour guide Mr Teru-san and the bus driver Ichitawa-san. Teru-san was very patient, polite and explained key locations and the historic context very clearly and English was easy to understand. Tokyo sky tree experience, Sensoji Temple, Meji Shrine and the Imperial Palace outer Garden was great. The short stop at the Ganman Robot and The Statue of Liberty was nice surprise item The best part of the tour was the buffet lunch at the restaurant near Haneda airport with a good spread at a superb dining location. The pick up location right behind the Tokyo station was very easy and convenient to locate. Highly recommend this one day trip of Tokyo compared to other two operators.

A Great Tour with Yui
We went on the Hakone and Mt Fuji tour and I have to say Yui was one of the best tour guides we have had in Japan! She speaks excellent English (that is a feat in Japan as many guides/tours say they speak english but they don't coherantly) she made the site's come alive with a bit of history and some fun facts about the site's. She was attentative and very fun to conversation with.

A great Tokyo introduction
Great tour. I lead bike and kayak trips back home, and so I know a good tour when I experience one! Gaki has selected a great route and sights. The riding is active but isn't too challenging - few hills, and lots of chances for stops, though cycling in Tokyo is very different than where I live due to the scarcity of bike lanes. I did this tour on my second day in Japan and it was a great introduction to Tokyo. Definitely recommended.

Nice local night out in Shibuya
Our guide took us to 3 very different local places that we would not have found otherwise. They offered a variety of different types of food and drinks and we enjoyed it all. We were stuffed and you could drink pretty much all you wanted. We had two others with us and the guide (sorry I am not great with names) and they were all great company. It was a nice night out in Shibuya.
