Our licensed guide, Izumi, and driver, Paul, were both great.
Izumi shared a vast historic overview of each location we visited and expertly answered any questions we had. In addition, he created a friendly atmosphere and interacted with all seven of us.
Paul did an excellent driving job and made certain he was there immediately when we were ready to go to our next destination.
I highly recommend this tour to others.

Our tour in Tokyo was fantastic. Our guide, Kahori, contacted me shortly after scheduling the tour through Viator. She explained who she was, a bit about her experience and gave our group an example itinerary to help us choose places we were interested in. Our group had a few travelers with extreme dietary restrictions/ allergies. Kahori helped us find and research several places that would accommodate our needs. Kahori checked in with our group to remind us of the tour and was very attentive to our groups suggestions.
On the day of the tour she was waiting for us in the lobby of the hotel and was extremely friendly and punctual. We visited 5 different areas across Tokyo (Senso Ji temple, Imperial Palace Gardens, Shibuya Crossing, Tokyo Tower, Metropolitan government building). Although we did do everything, I would suggest sticking to a specific area as we found we were on a very tight time schedule for 6 hours. We truly underestimated how sprawling the city is.
We ended the trip with lunch at Tempura Asakusa Sakura. It was delicious. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our group.
The tour was amazing and I would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time on our 6-hour private tour with Kahori! She was so knowledgeable, sweet, and patient with our group. Our driver, Tamae, was safe and efficient, even showing us some extra sights along the way.
Kahori contacted us a few days in advance to plan an itinerary that fit our needs and the sights we wanted to see. We started at the Meiji Jingu Shrine, then the Imperial Palace, then the Tsukiji Fish Market, and we ended at Yanaka Ginza. Kahori had engaging and relevant historical and cultural information for each site (she even carried an iPad with really helpful visual aids). At the Tsukiji Market she helped us find which shops to go to for lunch and explained all of the different types of food (we ended up having our favorite sushi from our entire trip from her recommendation!).
She was really attentive to the needs of our group, always checking in if we needed more time and making sure we got to see everything we wanted to see.
I would absolutely recommend a tour with Kahori!

We had the most incredible day in Tokyo with our tour guide Julie! From the moment we met her, she was warm, knowledgeable, fun, and made the entire experience unforgettable. She shared so much history and local insight while also making everything feel relaxed and enjoyable.
Because of Julie, we were able to see so many amazing places in one perfect day, including Meiji Jingu, Harajuku, Omotesando, Tokyo Imperial Palace, Tsukiji Outer Market, and Asakusa.
Every stop was thoughtfully planned, and Julie made sure we experienced the culture, food, history, and beauty of Tokyo in such a special way. She was incredibly informative, answered every question, and kept us laughing all day long.
We truly could not have asked for a better guide or a better experience. If you are visiting Tokyo, spending the day with Julie will absolutely be one of the highlights of your trip!

We had a lovely day in tokyo. We were delighted we had our guide kenzo because we could not have done it on our own. Tokyo is so big and we had limited time so our guide took us to see the main places we wanted to visit.

Our tour with Masa was incredible and filled with interesting facts and history, he gave us incredible insight on each location. We loved that we were able to choose 3-4 sites from a large selection and really spend enough time at each spot. Masa was kind and knowledgable and even helped us with a restaurant reservation for later in the evening when were unable to find one.

Our guide Mr. Yoshi was friendly, and informative. His knowledge of history and area was impressive. Made the tour so much better than just visiting these locations.
He also gave us tips on food, places to visit.
He was flexible in creating the itinerary and during the tour. We wanted to go sushi place instead of ramen place. He not only found one but also made reservation for us. I would definitely recommend him.

It was slightly busy schedule. We could not visit cherry blossom at Ueno park, but could visit the good azalea blossom at Nezu shrine.
We could also see a late cherry blossom at Sensoji temple.

We had a wonderful experience touring Tokyo with Mitch and our driver Ono. Mitch was extremely knowledgeable about all things Tokyo. We had a wonderful guide (Noripy) and driver (Kanou). We spent the day hitting the spots we wanted, taken from the list. Started at Senso-ji temple, crowded but very nice.
We hit Kappabashi shopping district and bought some knives for the house.
Had a great lunch at Tsukiji Fish market, what a place, people milling all over. Went to Ginza district and looked around for a bit. We hit the Hard Rock Shop before returning to our hotel.
Great Day, good weather and our guides were great. 5 Stsrs all around.

Nori was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. She catered the tour to our interests and her visual aids provided us with historical events and people. She went beyond our expectations escorting us to the correct train car for boarding back to our hotel. We highly recommend Nori.

This was a great tour of Tokyo! Mura-san and our driver, Tanigawa-san were excellent throughout the whole experience, with great communication, sharing of knowledge and history, presence and timeliness, and guidance of food, popular spots, and cultural understanding.
