Our guide, Ted, was great! He was very responsive before the tour and during the tour accommodated our needs perfectly. Highly recommended. Our driver, Mr. Koto was also excellent. We could not have been happier with the tour. The van was very comfortable and in great shape.

We had a wonderful experience touring Tokyo with Mitch and our driver Ono. Mitch was extremely knowledgeable about all things Tokyo. He has a keen understanding of Japanese traditions and religions as well as the history of the different sections of Tokyo. We very much enjoyed our time with Mitch and highly recommend him.

We had a wonderful guide (Noripy) and driver (Kanou). We spent the day hitting the spots we wanted, taken from the list. Started at Senso-ji temple, crowded but very nice.
We hit Kappabashi shopping district and bought some knives for the house.
Had a great lunch at Tsukiji Fish market, what a place, people milling all over. Went to Ginza district and looked around for a bit. We hit the Hard Rock Shop before returning to our hotel.
Great Day, good weather and our guides were great. 5 Stsrs all around.

Yoko was an outstanding guide - professional, warm, and very accommodating to our group with kids and seniors. She never rushed us and made each stop feel meaningful and personal.

Nori was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. She catered the tour to our interests and her visual aids provided us with historical events and people. She went beyond our expectations escorting us to the correct train car for boarding back to our hotel. We highly recommend Nori.

We had an amazing tour guide Yoshi and very friendly driver. They were both very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. Customised the tour to suit both my teenage boys as well as my elderly parents. Everyone had an enjoyable fun filled day. Strongly recommend Yoshi as a tour guide.

This was a great tour of Tokyo! Mura-san and our driver, Tanigawa-san were excellent throughout the whole experience, with great communication, sharing of knowledge and history, presence and timeliness, and guidance of food, popular spots, and cultural understanding. Very professional! If I could give them 6 stars, I would... they each deserved it! Book this tour!

Excellent communication from our guide Koji before the tour and a brilliant itinerary which was tailored to our requests. Koji was very informative and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. Our driver Yoshi was also brilliant and we enjoyed all aspects of our tour. What a wonderful tour we had with our guide Hideki! So far, our best tour yet! The company was very responsive to our communications and requests and put us in touch with Hideki right away to start planning the day. Hideki was quite helpful to make sure we got to see what we wanted to see and maximized the limited time we had in Tokyo. We saw everything and then some! He was very knowledgeable and quite friendly. He even helped me purchase some anime figurines in Akihabara which was quite an experience and in no way I could have done by myself. The Imperial Palace, Senso-Ji Temple, and Meiji Jingu Shrine was impressive but what makes it memorable is listening to his commentaries of each site. I have been on tours before where they just drop you off and let you fend for yourself and it's hard to know what you are looking at especially with the language barrier. Hedeki was amazing!! He also takes great pictures and the one of us crossing Shibuya was such a treat. The cherry on top was a non-scheduled stop at the end of the tour of a view of the city at night! So beautiful and one of our favorite picturesque moments of our entire trip! I would 100% recommend this tour and Hideki.

This was the perfect experience for my family and I on our first ever visit to Japan. Our driver and wonderful guide Kazu picked us up at our hotel and met us in the hotel lobby. From there, we took a car to visit tons of historical sites. I was given an itinerary and we were able to customize it based off our interests. Even during our drive, Kazu explained and pointed many sites and buildings we passed along the way. Kazu was so patient and kind to us. He was able to take pictures of my family and I throughout our tour. The car ride had bottles of water for us and lots of AC, which was perfect for this summer tour to cool off between visiting sites. His knowledge for Tokyo and the historical sites we visited were amazing! We were able to learn so much about the country in a short period of time. Kazu also helped us get on the train for the first time which was very helpful. This tour is perfect for families and anyone who is visiting Tokyo for the first time. We would have never been able to see all of these landmarks of the city if it were not for Kazu and this tour. Best day ever! Highly recommend.

This was one of the best tours we have ever been on as a family. Lily, our guide, knew the city like the back of her hand. The logistics were impeccable. We saw many Tokyo highlights, including the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Tower, and the Meiji Jingo Shrine. The, best, though, was an authentic Raman lunch at an off the beaten path. I highly recommend for any family who wants to hit the Tokyo highlights and have an authentic experience at an affordable price.

This is a really good tour for people that wanna have the flexibility of choosing the places they want to visit, also want to spend enough time on each one to absorb. Also take a lot of pictures. It’s good for people with kids, it’s very private and the Tour Guide is knowledgeable and passionate about his job. We traveled from US and the Tour Guide started communicating with us four weeks before our travel to make sure we know where we wanna go.

By the way, do you remember "Haori", a short Japanese overgarment , he bought in Asakusa, had a crest of three leaf hollyhock on the back? It is a family emblem of Tokugawa Shoguns. I wish he will get a success like Tokugawa Ieyasu by keeping the instruction of Emperor Meiji, which was written in the Omikuji lottery. We had Suzuki as our tour guide and he was very pleasant to work with. He was patient and very understanding of our needs as we were a big group of 15 people with some young children. He shared many interesting facts about the places we visited. He also answered our questions with details and was flexible when we wanted to adjust our plans. I highly recommend Suzuki!

Convenient tour to sample whatever attractions you would like to visit in Tokyo . This private has your own licensed guide accompanying you along with the driver . Noropi our guide was awesome. She explained so much of the architecture of the buildings and the history. Wonderful tips to travel on your own later

What an amazing experience so worth it. Coco from JGA was an unbelievable tour guide so knowledgeable and spoke English well. She even came with a flip chart so we could understand some of Japan history. The driver was so accommodating always there to pick us up so there was no waiting on our part. I had gotten injured before our trip to Japan so required a wheelchair. They made sure to drop off at wheelchair acccessible spots, accompanied us to best entrances inside buildings, helped with tickets, paying vendors etc, and took wheelchair in and out of car. They made an undoable trip so convenient , comfortable and a wonderful experience. The car was clean, comfortable and plenty of room for each person.
Suggestion: very important … spend time researching what sites you want to see and researching how long by car it takes to get to each spot. We saw Sensoji temple, sky tree, imperial palace, Meiji jingu Temple. Choose 8:00 or 9:00 tour to get to Sensoji temple early before crowds. We just did a quick walk through (NY city pace)as we went back on our own later but wanted to understand the history. There was very low volume before 9:30 but after the sea of people was unbelievable. Meiji Jingu temple was our favorite. Would skip sky tree or do it on drop off only as even if you rush it is hard to get through it with the lines for elevators in under 1.5 hours.

We have faced a lot of people in Asakusa on Saturday.
We were sorry that it was so hard to move in wheelchair in Sensoji-Temple.
Compared with Hokkaido, you might to be so surprised at, however, it was a normal situation there.
All of your family’s members are so friendly, nice and warm-hearted.
I have heard that you are going to Hakone and Kyoto.

Taku-san was on time for my wife and me, in tow with a very nice driver, Goto-san. The van was very spacious for two and had a glass roof so we could enjoy the sites above us as we drove around Tokyo.
Taku-san has a mechanical engineering background and is able to explain technical things. He's very intelligent, organized, has good command of sophisticated English, and is supremely prepared. Before the tour, he emailed us a spreadsheet of our itinerary, specifying a description and start time for each of the planned activities.
We told him in advance of our interests in history and culture. He set the itinerary accordingly and adjusted it to incorporate our request for a particular additional site. He came with a notebook of information relevant to our interests, effectively displayed in photos, maps, diagrams, and large-font spreadsheets. For instance, he had photos of a Shinto wedding ceremony and of art depicting the origin of the deity that inspired and guarded a Buddhist temple we saw. He had also created an easily digestible spreadsheet summarizing Japan's history over 2,600 years as a springboard for his more detailed explanation and our discussion. These devices facilitated our better understanding of Japan's history, religions, customs, and geography.
Taku-san was also extremely considerate and accommodating. He took us to shops for specific gifts we wanted and to a fantastic place for lunch that met our dietary restrictions.
Taku-san was both friendly and professional. He was cordial with everyone and worked seamlessly with his driver. We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend him.
