Great day out hitting all the highlights of Mount Fuji. Enjoyed the walking as well as the crystal clear views of the mountain and beatuiful scenery. Our guide Davy was kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful, ensuring all 47 people got back on the bus on time, with patience and good humour, after each interesting stop. We learnt a lot and will treasure the memories

Super well organized. On time and simple and easy communication. Went to some amazing spots. The weather did not cooperate so we never actually saw Mt. Fuji but not anyone's fault. We made the best of it and our host was terrific and funny about it. But the places we visited were so beautiful it didn't even feel like we missed out. Overall terrific and would do it again!

Great Mt Fuji tour with Sakuras blooming

Great tour by bus from Shinjuku area. The tour guide gave great bits of history and info about the area. We got in great pics of Mt Fuji along with the cherry blossoms, making it even more special. Could not make it to the top to see pagoda though due to the long line at top, if you didn't go straight up.

The meeting point was a bit confusing but we managed! I think to kaizen the process, they could have made assigned seating bc I went on a tour to Kyoto and that made it pleasant. Kevin was a good tour guy and seemed to love his job. He was kind of hard to understand but it was ok. I would advise him to speak slower and more clearly.

I have had the best experience on the Mount Fuji tour. From the customer (Emma) to the tour guides everyone was very pleasant. My original tour guide Diffany was so helpful in getting my tour date rescheduled due to a flight cancellation. I really appreciate her patience and consideration of me and my family! We liked our experience. The weather was perfect and the pace was great. It gave us enough time to explore each area. The stop at the Lawson could be avoided however, there was a lot of people and not much to see. We recommend the tour as it’s a perfect way to see Mont Fuji in a day.

The tour was great - covering all the must-see spots around Mount Fuji. We were especially lucky with the weather and got a clear view of the mountain, which made the experience even more memorable. Lunch was also very good, and I was overall really satisfied with how everything was organized. There was plenty of free time at certain stops to walk around and enjoy the area, which I really appreciated. The tour gives a great overall experience of seeing Mount Fuji. I stayed the night instead of returning with the bus, and the team was very accommodating. They l kept my luggage for me, which I’m grateful for. That said, the highlight of the tour was definitely Sandy Wang. I joined the tour solo, but I never felt alone. Sandy is funny, kind, and very friendly. He’s also a great photographer and helped take some really nice pictures. On top of that, he made sure I got back to my hostel safely, because the public transport can be a bit complicated. I really appreciated that extra care. I would definitely recommend this tour and especially Sandy as a guide. Thank you!

Our Mt Fuji Tour was a spectacular fast paced adventure that took us around all the major sites to see Fujisan. We were lucky and were able to see it all day long. Our tour guide and bus drivers were very knowledgeable and respectful of everyone's time making sure to prepare everyone thoroughly for the adventure ahead. Thank you Keiko, Ken, and Lee! I would highly recommend this tour to any japanese trip as Mt Fuji is a must see!

This was our first trip to a Japan and taking this tour with Mt. Fuji Tours is the best decision I made. The tour guide, Jay, did an exceptional job coordinating our movements and maximising the time we had. We were taken to places where great photos can be taken of Mt. Fuji and this will definitely make their way to prints as they offer magnificent pictures of Mt. Fuji. The designated areas we were taken provided contrasting views of Mt. Fuji making the experience more memorable. I will definitely book another tour with this operator the next time we are in Japan.

We were very fortunate with cherry blossom timing as well as weather and visibility, but in addition to that, Aoi was extremely well informed and courteous, and answered my (many) questions graciously. Great experience! Our tour guide Pin was very communicative by setting up a group chat early on and using it to communicate what to expect in every step of our tour. Fantastic and Fast Paced Trip

Aoi, our tour guide, was fabulous! She was so funny and made our ride to Mt Fuji and back to Tokyo so fun! The trip was worth it! It was a fast paced trip so you would need to strategize and prioritize. Use the restrooms first, grab snacks/souvenirs, but don’t miss out on the views. The steps to the pagoda was no joke so be prepared to hustle as lines can be long and the hike to and up make take up the time you’re there. Absolutely recommend.

We had a great tour guide Sandy I highly recommended him. One thing to know for us it was a rainy day and we saw some beautiful sites but we only could see Mt Fuji for like 10 mins before the clouds covered it up. But the shrine is gorgeous with great views and the park with the flowers is breathtaking. Might want to book for two days and see which has better weather and cancel one when you get there. Or wait to book to you have a good idea of the weather.
