This was it! We wanted to see as much of Tokyo as possible, from disembarkation from the Tokyo cruise port to Haneda. And we got so much more! Mike met us with a luxurious ride and we finalized the details of our tour. We not only saw everything on our list, but also got some in-depth information/insights, a delish ramen lunch, and time to shop for souvenirs. Mike was an excellent driver/guide and made this a very enjoyable experience!

If you don’t have a lot of time to see Tokyo, this tour is for you!! It hits the highlights but gives you flexibility to see more or less of each stop

Provides travel to main sites. Driver was accommodating to take us where we wanted to go. There is no guide at the sites.

Jamu was our driver for this tour. Jamu took us everywhere we requested in Tokyo without any hesitation. He was very cheerful though out the day. He also made lot of recommendations with pictures/videos associated with that place for us to make decisions where we want to go. It’s like guided yet self directed tour, so do your homework where you want to go and what you want to see/do that day. They will make recommendations and you customize where you wanna go. Worth it to hit all highlights of Tokyo in 1 day.

Aside of an English speaking driver, this is a self guided city tour. The driver drops you off at the recommended spots and wait as long as you want. On the day of our tour, it rained frequently and our guide, Mr. Mizan, did his best to show us the best of Tokyo. Because of bad weather, he drove us around most of the time. At the times when the rain stopped, he stopped at landmarks worth walking to. Mr. Mizan provided an outstanding service.

Driver was very late in getting us at the hotel. Got a traffic ticket on his way to get us. Then after visited just one site he got another traffic ticket. A very old vehicle for Japan standard. At that point we requested to be taken back to the hotel. Very disappointed

We would like to respectfully clarify that the name on this review does not match any participant in our tour booking, and based on our direct communication with the customer, we understand that this review may have been submitted by a third party rather than the actual tour participant.
For transparency, we would like to present the full context of the service provided.
The tour was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and due to unforeseen circumstances there was a short delay. To ensure minimal disruption, an alternative driver-guide arrived at 8:26 a.m., and the tour began at that time.
At approximately 11:30 a.m., the guests requested to end the tour early following a traffic-related incident. We fully respected this decision and arranged an immediate return to the hotel at no charge.
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we then reorganized the tour on the same day from 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., during which the remaining planned locations were completed.
Additionally, we provided a complimentary transfer from the hotel to the train station the following morning.
These important details are not reflected in the review.

If you have a clear idea of where you want to go, and why, in the bustling, beautiful city of Tokyo, this is a great way to see it. Mike was our driver and managed our itinerary easily. He dropped us off at each stop and collected us quickly when we were ready to leave.
If you are looking for a guide, someone to explain or translate what you are seeing, you should know that's not what this is.

Our guide, Naoki was great, we told him what we wanted to do and what he suggested to see with the time allotted, and he plotted out a route and delivered a great quick visit to Tokyo picking us up at the Yokohama cruise terminal and dropping us off at Haneda airport. It was nice to be able to have him drop us off at different places and we were able to choose the amount of time that we wanted to spend at each place. Just remember that the vehicles are smaller than American vehicles. We booked a 6 passenger van for transporting 4 people plus 6 suitcases and carry on bags and we were packed in pretty tight. A 6 passenger van includes the driver as a passenger.
