The tour was completely customizable. Ali provided a potential itinerary and we added some things and took other things off. We were picked up and dropped off in front of the hotel. Our driver, Ali, dropped us off at the entrance or across the street from the entrance at each stop.

We had a fantastic day in Tokyo with our private guide Jonny. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the Japanese culture and history. He allowed us to tailor our experience to the places we really wanted to see and were allowed all the time we wanted at each location. It made it very memorable as we saw the attractions we were most interested in and never felt we were rushed to enjoy as long as we wished. Many great places we explored and Jonny made it possible to limit the walking when we needed a little break. I couldn’t recommend this experience enough for enjoying Tokyo with a great guide willing to allow us to enjoy all the places we were interested in visiting.

We had a wonderful day touring Tokyo with Ali as our guide. He took our group to many of the city’s most famous attractions and made sure we got the most out of our limited time in Tokyo.
Ali was a safe and efficient driver who kept the tour moving smoothly throughout the day. He shared useful information and local insights about the areas we visited, giving us a better understanding of Tokyo from a local perspective. I especially appreciated hearing his personal views and experiences, which added a unique touch to the tour.
The tour was scheduled for 9 hours, but our group became tired after a full day of sightseeing, so we chose to finish after about 8 hours. Ali was very accommodating and understanding of our needs, ensuring everyone remained comfortable and enjoyed the experience.
If you’re looking for a guide who is knowledgeable, professional, flexible, and committed to showing you the highlights of Tokyo, I would recommend Ali. Thank you for helping make our visit to Tokyo a memorable one!

The tour was a glorified taxi service, Utah was a good driver but all he did was drive us to tourist attractions, dropped us off, gave us time to explore and picked us up again to head to the next spot. There was no explanation, no guided tour of the area and he was not really a welcoming driver. He was flexible to exchange one tourist attraction for another, but overall we were disappointed.

Originally we were worried about finding our guide at the cruise terminal. However, turns out that Tokyo port only allows one cruise ship at a time, so connecting was easy. Our driver parked right next to the exit and walked over to find us. Tokyo is second largest population in world, so for us, the private car made the site seeing easy. We drove all around the city, being dropped off and picked up at each site. When needed, our driver, Luke, escorted us to a destination. His recommendation for a lunch restaurant was appreciated and a great choice. We asked lots of questions and he knew the answers. He was very informative along the way.

We had only one full day and two half days in Tokyo. The full day tour was best for us to see everything we hoped. Our guide Tony went out of the way to help our 7 year old have a fantastic day!

Great customizable private tour. Ali was very informative and helpful since I needed help with my wheelchair. Ali was very patient and courteous and cool driving in the crazy traffic of Tokyo.
My wife and I are glad Ali made helpful suggestions as to our itinerary, which changed due to his suggestions. We will not do giant group tours anymore!

On our first day in Tokyo, our driver Tony showed us all around Tokyo, including shrines, temples, sights and a great restaurant for lunch. We never felt rushed and he adapted the itinerary to our interests and suggested sights we hadn’t thought of. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and personal and we had a great time on our tour! I highly recommend doing this tour - it was especially helpful for us as we’d arrived late the night before and weren’t up to public transportation and we saw so much that we would’ve missed on our own. The flexibility of the tour was great. We could add and remove a few activities based on what we wanted to see and could do as much or as little walking as we wanted.

Jack our tour guide was very accommodating and understood my wife’s limited mobility. We changed up stops because of the heavy rains. We had plenty of time at the National Museum which is great to take in. Took us to an out of the way noodle restaurant that was fantastic Thank you again Jack.
