Yui, was amazing, site seeing was magical and fun really had a great time with the itinerary, very exciting and entertaining. We had so much fun with tour, shopping, lunch and boat cruise it was exhilarating! Yes! 5 star's for yui. And her assistant was so kind everyone enjoyed themselves. Great job!

Itinerary

Make your way to the centrally located meeting point in Tokyo’s Shinjuku neighborhood and jump on board your comfortable coach for a full day of exploring the Japanese capital.

After a visit to the Meiji Jingu shrine, arrive at the Imperial Palace, the current residence of the Imperial family, where you’ll visit either the East Garden or the Niju-bashi Bridge in the Outer Garden. Next is Senso-ji temple in Asakusa where you’ll have time to shop for souvenirs on Nakamise Avenue before enjoying a matcha-tasting experience and Japanese-style lunch.

Next up is the soaring Tokyo SkyTree where you’ll skip the line for the Tembo Deck observatory, which offers stunning city views. Then it’s on to the Odaiba district where you’ll take a ferry ride across Tokyo Bay and under Rainbow Bridge.

Make use of the free Wi-Fi on the coach ride to Shinjuku Station where you’ll be dropped off.

Main Meals: A set meal with Japanese fried chicken and Tofu. No pork, no seafood but please note that Miso soup contains fish stock. No nuts, no crustaceans but anyone who has a serious allergy, please book the tour without lunch.
Gluten-free Meals: A meal with grilled chicken, rice, miso soup and tofu.
Muslim-friendly meals, Allergy-friendly meals, lactose-free meals, etc. are not available. Please book the tour without lunch.
Customers who need each options will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select with lunch option in advance
Sometimes cruise can be suspended due to high tide or techinical maintenance. In that case, we visit alternative place (Hamarikyu-Garden or Fukagawa museum) so we do not visit Odaiba.Refund will not be given for this case.
Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative place or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes.
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)
Matcha store will be closed on May 14th, so we will be giving out matcha souvenirs as Matcha experience.

Very well organized and we saw all the most important sites a first time travelor should see in Tokyo. Loved the Matcha goodies and the lunch was a wondrful slice of Japanese food. Levin was a wondeful guide. He was organized, informative, easy to understand, and funny. He kept he group moving but only up to the pace of the slower walkers. Definitely a keeper!

Relaxing and fun easy day tour of Tokyo

We had a fun guide, Uta, for this big bus tour. The Meiji temple was the highlight. He told the stories nicely. We had a day of rain so the view from the Sky Tree wasn’t the best, but it was still fun. On a clear day it would have been great. Cool little boat ride at the end, but a bit too much driving to get there. A quick stop in Asakusa with a Matcha tasting as well, but I would recommend doing the walking tour at the Senso-ji temple there for the full experience. This is a good over view tour.

Underwhelmed by Experience

Tour was good, but very fast paced with little time to enjoy each area we visited. Many places were drive by so we weren’t sure what we were looking at. The guide was nice but didn’t have great pronunciation of English and the experience was less than ideal as we could not understand many of the explanations/descriptions.

Great Tokyo Highlights Tour — Excellent Guide

The tour covered the main places of interest we wanted to see. The freelance tour guide, Levin, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He spoke good English. He looked after the group members well, ensuring everyone was accounted for at each location. Well done, Levin. The driver also did a good job driving through the narrow streets of Tokyo and picking us up at the scheduled times. I was hesitant about joining the tour, thinking that a 9 to 10-hour duration would be too long and tiring, but as it turned out, it was not too strenuous. My husband and I had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Wear comfortable shoes. Although the bus takes tourists to designated places, there is a lot of walking, and expect huge crowds. Be mindful of the allotted time for shopping and sightseeing because you don't want to miss the tour bus.

Our tour guide was great. Unfortunately the weather was terrible the day I took the tour. We could not see Mt. Fuji because of the fog and the snowy conditions. On the cable cars most of the time we couldn’t even see the ground through the rain and fog. On a clear day the view would have been breathtaking! If the weather is bad, wait before booking.

Alot of locations crammed into 1 day. So you have to be ready to not have alot of time at the locations for pictures. I had plenty of time, but most people like to stroll around. So just be mindful of that. Locations were nice and the guide and driver were very nice and professional. Traffic around the city was crazy but the day was very nice and we got to see some pretty awesome stuff

We did not get a lot of information while on the bus driving through Tokyo. Many of the place on the itenary we drove by and nothing was said. When we got to a place, we got the minimum information from the guide. Spent a lot of time on Google learning about the place because we hardly got anything from the guide, who many times was very difficult to understand.

She truly lived up to her name—friendly, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire day. The itinerary was very well structured and covered a great mix of Tokyo’s highlights. From the peaceful grounds of Meiji Jingu Shrine to the energy of Asakusa and Senso-ji Temple, and the views from Tokyo Skytree, everything flowed smoothly and never felt rushed. Only disappointment on the tour was the Tokyo Skytree because it was cloudy and wet so did not see much. Well worth doing.
