Medi completely saved our family vacation in Sintra! Absolute 5 stars.

Our trip to Sintra was supposed to be the highlight of our vacation, but at 11:50 PM the night before our tour, the original company we booked texted to cancel because our guide was sick. As a family of four with two kids, we were devastated. We had already bought all our timed entry tickets based on their recommendations and desperately needed a private guide to handle the logistics and lines. In a panic at midnight, I went on Viator and found Medi’s incredible reviews. Even though it showed availability for an 8:30 AM pickup in Lisbon, I was skeptical given how late it was. I took the gamble anyway. By 12:20 AM, Medi had already confirmed the booking and sent a WhatsApp message telling me not to worry—he would be at our hotel right on time. Medi was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He managed to perfectly pace the day for our family, navigating us through all four major sites we wanted to see: Pena Palace, Moorish Castle, Quinta da Regaleira, and Monserrate Palace. What makes Medi stand out is his attention to detail: Flawless Logistics: He drove a incredibly comfortable Mercedes and timed everything perfectly. He would proactively go ahead to grab the car so we never wasted a single minute looking for parking. Zero Lines: Thanks to his expertise, we never waited in a single line. Kid-Friendly: He kept an eye on our kids' energy levels, preemptively suggesting sitting breaks so they could last the whole day. He also tailored the tour to them, highlighting the caves and tunnels at Quinta da Regaleira, which they absolutely loved exploring. Great Food: He gave us a fantastic lunch recommendation in the old town. We walked away with incredible memories, beautiful photos, and a massive amount of gratitude for Medi and his company for stepping up in a pinch. If you are going to Sintra, book Medi. Nuno was an incredible...

Nuno was an incredible tour guide! He knew all the best places to stop, and gave us great recommendations throughout the day. We visited the Palace of Pena and the Palace of Monserrate, and we had plenty of time to explore the town for lunch and shopping. Friendly local tour guide and driver

Pedro was early to arrive, a great driver and friendly tour guide. He is young in his career but a local from Sintra who had plenty of knowledge about the area and the two main places we visited -- Pena Palace and Quinta da Regailera. We also visited the Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of the European continent and skipped Cascais since we had already stayed there earlier in our trip. He was fun to talk to and took nice photos they weren't our typical selfies. At the end he dropped us off to a sports bar for a World Cup game we wanted to catch. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide Diogo was gracious, and went the extra mile to be sure that our experience was memorable and fun-filled. His responsive texts in advance to arrange transport in a comfortable minivan instead of vintage car, greatly accomodated my tall husband and assured his comfort due to problems walking. This openness to assist us right from the start was very much appreciated and the tour itself was personal and amazing! Diogo was considerate and helpful throughout and we learned so much about the region through his colorful stories and folklore. Fantastic!

Fantastic day trip! After I booked the experience, I was contacted right away by my guide and driver, Rafael. He arrived on time and was dressed in a suit, he then escorted me to a beautiful and spotlessly clean Mercedes sedan. He opened my car door every time, and was such a gentleman. A Short Stopover in Sintra!

We stopped in Sintra between stays in Coimbra and Lisbon. We did not have much time but hired Caio for a private tuk tuk tour. Caio picked us up right by the train station, took care of storing our luggage, and gave us a great tour of the area. We saw the gorgeous vegetation, the castles and the coastal area. Caio was knowledgeable, kind and paid attention to our schedule. He also made the extra effort to get our luggage and us back to the train station on time.
