Leo was a great driver and host. At first I was nervous to get on the back but was very easy after a few minute adjustment (I'm 52). He also gave me food suggestions while in Rome via WhatsApp. Took som great photos too.

I really want to rave about this experience - and we had a great time - but a few things have taken the shine off it.
Our host, Eric, was lovely. He managed the group well, he was kind, and all our riders were friendly. Our kids had a ball. We had invited friends to join us and they had fun also.
What wasn't so great....
1. We started late - really late. We were on time, it was super hot, but we were told to wait, and wait, and wait. In the end, we started nearly half an hour late.
2. At the end of the tour, we were asked if we wanted to be dropped back at the starting point or at a gelato/pizza/or pasta place of their recommendation. Being so hot, the kids were keen for some gelato. What we didn't know was how far the gelato place was from the starting point and from our accommodation. We probably should have thought to ask. But in the end, it was so far that we all had to catch Ubers back to where we were staying. Turned into a very expensive day out.
3. Part of the tour is that they take professional shots and provide them to you afterwards. We still haven't received our photos. I have messaged, my daughter has emailed, our friends have emailed and all that happens is that they ask us to send them photos for the purpose of 'facial recognition'. Two things bother me here - providing personal photos (of our children) for them to use for facial recognition, and the fact that they can't simply reference photos to booking names & numbers. It's been 10 days now and we haven't heard from them or received anything. Disappointing.

Hello, thank you for sharing your opinion,
1 . In the city were construction of Jubilee and most of roads was closed , even this case we were here and informed you we will start 15 min late ( not half an hour ) because roads is closed.
2 . We ask at the last point where do you want to drop off you , and you said to same meeting point. And we did , this is not our fault because we don’t know where do you live in rome and it was your request.
3 About photos , we must recognize you for that reason we need your photos . Per day we are doing around 80-90 people, and our edit team need date of tour and your photos or selfie for recognition. Very easy.

This was an excellent tour of you are looking for a way to see Rome in an afternoon. Our tour guides were very informative and made riding the vespas more fun than we expected. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Rome!

This was so much fun! I did this tour with my mom and brother and we loved zooming around the streets of Rome. We also found the photographs very amusing and are thankful we have them. Posing for pictures is a bit out of our comfort zone, but we actually love them and are thankful for the experience! We did our tour in the evening and it was a great way to wrap up the days Highly recommend!

Can’t wait to get the photos! It was by far the best part of Rome so far! We got to see so many parts of Rome we went to a park where you could see the Vatican and the whole city and another one where we saw the soldiers shoot a cannon! We saw an amazing fountain and saw the whole city! The whole experience was incredible and I highly recommend it.

Sadly the tour operator did not turn up to the designated meeting point and we missed out on this tour during the day. When we tried to contact the operator we got no answer until later that night. Viator help line tried too unsuccessfully. Viator help line were caring and helpful. Waiting on refund.

We were a family of 5 and had so much fun with our drivers buzzing around the streets of Rome. We also saw spectacular and unique views. The tour guides/ drivers were so friendly which added to the experience too. Would say it’s a must do!!

I had the best time on the back of this vespa! My rider was very professional and knowledgeable about Roma, he explained all of the objectives interestingly and took professional pics of us at every opportunity.
He took great care at every stop to park responsibly and offload me in a safe and secure way.
His driving was impeccable, I didn't feel unsafe at any given point even with the crazy traffic of Rome.
The Vespa was very new and performant. Also super comfortable and the helmet was clean.
It was very fun and the best way around Roma at sunset😍
