The pick up location is not far from Time Square and easy to find. The bus trip has multiple stops to stretch your legs. At Niagara Falls the guide is knowledgeable and friendly. You have enough time to explore the area.

As per description of the...

As per description of the experience is a lot of driving but reasonable amount of stop offs and coach was in good condition. Niagara falls themselves did not disappoint. Would give a 5 but our tour guide turned up over 30mins late (not really idea at 4am either we could have all done with a few extra mins in bed). Other thing would say is information given was very basic, I learnt more about the falls themselves earwigging on other people's tours.

An amazing experience

What an incredible experience. Our tour guide (Dana) reached out to us about when she was on her way. She even took some photos of our tour and shared them through a group chat. She was very informative and extremely nice as well. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in a full Niagara Falls experience and you’ll definitely get more bang for your buck with this tour. Must-do Excursion

Our tour guide Mark was extremely knowledgeable about Niagara Falls and very nice. The Maid of the Mist boat ride was so fun, but my favorite part was the Cave of the Winds. Being that close to the falls was exhilirating and such a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this excursion!
