I paid USD450 for a family of four to pick me and drop me off from airport to Niagara Fall. Is only driver with no tour how misleading can this be. The tour operator didn’t even turn up in airport despite I left the messages many times. For the amount I paid, should at least include tour guide and ticket to the fall. Uber one way to the fall is only at max usd 36.

This Sightseeing trip was booked in November most of the attractions are not operating. This is a private tour (which allows client to customize) it is clearly explained what it includes. Client can always add on attractions when they confirm trip. Unfortunately this client didn't confirm trip until day of tripWhich delayed the driver. This tour included 5 hours of time, which they used to also go from the airport and return, and visited all the major locations - American and Canadian Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, Three Sisters, Goat Island, Whirlpool park, The Point. With access to the observation tower, Hydro Visitors center. It is always important to confirm your tours in advance to have the best experience, we ask for 24-48 client confirmation to review their upcoming experiences.

I had a terrible experience. In the end, the tour guide didn’t show up and I’m still waiting for their reply about my refund request. After booking I contacted the tour company several times, but their responses were always very late and irresponsible. I really don’t recommend to book this tour.
When the tour company’s response was late, I contacted the viator support center as well and asked if everything was okay. Their reply was fast and it seemed that they could solve the problem. The viator support center said that they would contact the tour company and no need for me to worry, but actually I just wasted my time.

The best part, of course, was seeing Niagara Falls! Also, seeing parts of Buffalo was unexpected, but great. The same for the areas on the Canadian side.

Jim our driver was a gentleman and no complains there. But the trip is essentially a good car with a driver for 5 hours. The two tours where we needed to buy tickets were not included. Not even water bottles in the limo. For 660 USD that is the minimum expectation. Given another choice we wouldn’t take this again. Definitely not value for money and not recommended.

These tours are private service and don't included additional excursions which we explain. Clients can purchase them at an additional cost. The vehicle is a Luxury SUV ( Lincoln Navigator or Suburban) not a Limousine. This service allows the customer to adjust the tour and ride with their group "only" in a chauffeured vehicle. We also appreciate the suggestion of adding water, we removed water when COVID started, we may put this back soon.

It was more of a car service that will take you where you want to go. The driver was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed not worrying about parking and driving around. Would of liked more of a guide but was happy with what it was anyway.

It is a great experience ! Driver Bill was very helping. He showed us couple of unusual places like a house where scientist Tesla invented AC current which changed the world, 3 sisters island etc. He was not in a hurry, could accommodate our unplanned Caves of the Winds visit. He stopped wherever we wanted to have a stop or break. Thanks Bill for wonderful tour.

Had a very pleasant afternoon with Bob our driver and felt we had reasonable value for money. The quality of the vehicle very good and spotlessly clean. Some of his destinations maybe not what we were expecting, but interesting. He allowed us to do a bit of shopping and was generally good company. Regarding the tour operator we found our dealings to be very seamless and smooth....everything happened just as it should have. I would recommend both the tour operator and Viator to others without reservation.

Client never reached out as we need to confirm with clients to insure Covid and travel requirement have been met. By that time our availability was no longer available we also had Viator to try to contact them as well. We are sorry that they were unable to get service.
