100% recommend
This excursion was a highlight of our trip. All communication was clear from the company and easy to meet them right outside the port. Miguel "Big Mike" was an awesome tour guide and was big on safety with the ATVs. Driving the ATVs was super fun and my 13yo son and 15 yo daughter loved that they were able to drive their own. The cenote was beautiful and refreshing. Highly recommend jumping in! (No one from our group outside of our family jumped in and they really missed out. Don't know why they didn't!) The only thing we would change about the tour is being able to spend more time at the cenote. Included tequila tasting at the end of the tour with some very good tequilas. Would recommend this tour to anyone!

Fantastic Time
I can not say enough good things about this excursion!! We saw around 12-15 turtles throughout our snorkle, plus a sneaky little squid and a couple of rays. It was amazing! Then we headed over to the cenote which was cold, but stunning and we learned so much from our guide. I would do this tour over and over again! I also highly recommend getting the photos that your photographer takes over the day, we love them and the quality is perfect. It allowed us to be more present in the moment instead of my fiance and I worrying about taking pictures.

Just writing about this...
Just writing about this now in June, but we took this excursion in early April. One of our biggest concerns was getting back to the boat in time because this was not an excursion bought through the cruise line, and if you're late they're under no obligation to wait for you. That ended up being no concern at all, because it starts pretty soon after the boat docks, and we got back with about two hours to spare before departure (note: we did not do the optional beach stop). Carlos was a good tour guide, the ruins and surrounding area were magnificent, and we even stopped for some road-side mangoes and pineapple which were delicious. Lots of water bottles were provided.

Amazing tour! 10/10
Our guide Javier and captain/chef Joseph were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things about them. 10/10 DO THIS EXCURSION! We saw countless whale sharks and manta rays. Everyone on the boat got to dive twice and no one was disappointed. Not for the faint of hearted if you get seasick though like 2 of the passengers did.

While you might be tempted to spend all your time in the Riviera Maya and the Yucatan on the beach, the region offers much more than white sand and warm water. Riviera Maya and Yucatan tours reveal a different side of the Mexican state by showcasing Mayan ruins, secret cenotes, and colonial towns. Some excursions whisk you to a world wonder or sail to snorkeling hot spots in the Caribbean Sea, while others focus on exploring the jungle in an ATV or tasting local delights such as tacos and tequilas.
