We had the most amazing adventure riding our jet skis through the mangroves and out into the ocean. We weren’t expecting much from the snorkeling in the middle of the ocean but it was amazing. Hundreds of fish of all kinds including barracuda and morey eels and we saw a spotted eagle ray and followed it for a while. Saw a little crocodile on our way back. We loved the ride and the snorkeling and our guide, Danny, was helpful and competent. We would definitely book this again and highly recommend it. (We were a family of 4 with a 17 year old and 19 year old).

How Long on the jetski?

I highly recommend this excursion! It was one of the highlights of my trip to Cancun. Unlike many other tours, this one gave us plenty of time behind the wheel of the jet ski instead of just a quick ride. The snorkeling experience was also unique because we arrived by jet ski rather than a charter boat, giving us a completely different perspective and making the entire adventure feel more personal and exciting. The tour guides were outstanding.

The crew members were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately my experience with the manager/owner was not positive. Throughout the excursion he came across as rude and condescending toward guests. One example was when a woman who was clearly inexperienced accidentally turned off the engine while docking. Instead of calmly explaining what to do, he snapped at her and said, “Lady, I’ll tell you when to turn it off.” It was uncomfortable to watch and felt unnecessarily harsh toward someone who was obviously trying her best. I want to be fair: after reviewing the listing again, I can see that the fees and excursion terms were disclosed, and some of my disappointment regarding the snorkeling was due to my own expectations. Weather conditions can also affect activities, and I understand that is outside of the crew’s control. However, customer service and professionalism are within management’s control. The rest of the staff were kind, patient, and worked hard to make the experience enjoyable, which only made the manager’s attitude stand out more. A little patience and respect toward guests would have gone a long way. Overall, the excursion itself was fine, but the way guests were spoken to left a negative impression and is the reason for my rating.

Be careful if u book your jet ski solo. The guide accompany me in my jetski as it was for tour people but it supposed to be one way to drive for him and in return while coming back i should drive one. Other two jet ski were there with us with 4 tourists. Tour guide hardly gave me 10 mins to drive and kept saying excuses that there is sea weed and And there is more currents, the channel is narrow and there is traffic. But the other people were driving their own jet ski and nobody had problem. I asked for almost 6 or 7 times- he was like you would have paid more. I was like why ? I paid for one sit and office staff told ne as I paid for one seat I will drive in return. He was treating me like I haven't paid. It was pathetic. Be careful. His name I dont remember exactly. - Danny or Daniel. Not recommended.

On the day of your tour, the guide had to take control of the jet ski during certain sections due to unusually heavy seaweed, strong currents, heavy boat traffic in the channel, and navigation conditions that required additional caution. These decisions are made solely for the safety of our guests, other vessels, and everyone participating in the tour. The guests you mentioned were riding individual jet skis, while shared jet skis operate under different conditions and safety procedures. At no point was our intention to make you feel as though your booking was less important or that you had not paid for your experience. You go really far out on the jet skis, probably a couple miles. You get to go through the mangroves and then out into the sea. The snorkeling off the jet skis was a lot of fun as well. Just to be aware there’s a $20 per person dock fee that’s in the small written part if you’re unaware.

This was a fun experience, Miguel took as all around the lagoon. The weather wasn’t optimal (it was super windy) so we only got to Jetski. We were the only ones which was fun, but I will say it was quite long. We followed behind him for about 2 hours, and after an hour it was slightly tiring. But if you love the water you would love this. About halfway through he led us to this tiny beach where we took pictures and swam for 5-10 minutes. Don’t forget that there is a $20 docking fee per person. Forewarning that There will be a guy who tries to sell you pictures/videos. It’s a tourist trap, but it’s a fun one. :)

The experience was amazing. First time experiencing and I would definitely return if I come back. Though I’m not a fan of snorkeling. I had a lot of trouble controlling my breathing.

This was a really excellent value for money tour…..bombing out on the jet skis to an area where lots were snorkelling. Did see a school of barracuda and some dory’s but the reef wasn’t fantastic, but what a trip! Excellently led by Danny!!

If there was one activity I would tell you to book it would be this one. The people there are so friendly and accommodating. Danny was an awesome tour guide and manual was also very helpful. We didn’t get to snorkel because of the weather but the tour in itself was perfect, Danny stopped at a beach for us to swim instead of the snorkel. 10/10 experience.

Overall good experience, the guide Danny is a good dude, I liked him. Only was me, my wife and another couple. Due to weather we skipped snorkeling but honestly I was ok with that. We hit rain the last 45 minutes but I still enjoyed it and would return. Locker being provided was nice, and the jet skis we rode were relatively new and in good shape. The meeting place could maybe be described better, we sat there for 40 minutes(early due to ferry timing) and had to ask to be shown the little office where they have you check in at but no big deal. I’d recommend and would return as solo jet ski rentals are wild expensive.

I was 10 minutes late due to difficult directions to get to the location and they left without us and couldn’t get a refund. $450 down the drain. One person could reschedule to a later time but they wouldn’t do it if ALL THREE people couldn’t reschedule.

I had so much fun with Manny our tour guide, we enjoyed the water and me and my boyfriend didn’t know how to swim so we also enjoyed that there was a shallow part of the water on the tour. I will never forget this jetski experience. It was our first time and I can say a time was had. Make sure you go and experience the amazing view while on the water.

If it is your first time riding jet skis, please choose another activity or book with someone else. Our guide kept leaving us in the middle of the ocean after we explained to him we aren’t good swimmers. He rode as if he didn’t want us to follow him but allowed the other group to catch up. This was not an ideal experience and if I could get my money back I would. By the grace of God we made it back safely. 10/10 DON’T recommend!

We had a lovely experience! We booked two to a jet-ski, my partner and I on one, and my parents on another. The event description had all relevant information, easily laying out what was included and what was not in clear language, where to go and when. Our check in host discussed options for our excursion, as we were traveling during the seaweed season and their usual snorkel option was overgrown. He offered us an alternative, and it was amazing! Our guide Manuel was friendly, helpful, and took us to some amazing spots. My only quibble would be that we would have liked more time at the blue water, and a little less at the second swim beach, but that was a pretty minor downside to a fun jet-ski excursion. I would book here again for a jet-ski experience.
