If there was one activity I would tell you to book it would be this one. The people there are so friendly and accommodating. Danny was an awesome tour guide and manual was also very helpful. We didn’t get to snorkel because of the weather but the tour in itself was perfect, Danny stopped at a beach for us to swim instead of the snorkel. 10/10 experience.

Perfect for anyone who’s short on time but looking for an outdoor adventure, this small-group experience combines a jet-skiing trip through the mangroves in Nichupte Lagoon with time to snorkel in El Meco Reef. We had the most amazing adventure riding our jet skis through the mangroves and out into the ocean. We weren’t expecting much from the snorkeling in the middle of the ocean but it was amazing. Hundreds of fish of all kinds including barracuda and morey eels and we saw a spotted eagle ray and followed it for a while. Saw a little crocodile on our way back. We loved the ride and the snorkeling and our guide, Danny, was helpful and competent. We would definitely book this again and highly recommend it. (We were a family of 4 with a 17 year old and 19 year old).

The experience was amazing. First time experiencing and I would definitely return if I come back. Though I’m not a fan of snorkeling. I had a lot of trouble controlling my breathing.

This was a really excellent value for money tour…..bombing out on the jet skis to an area where lots were snorkelling. Did see a school of barracuda and some dory’s but the reef wasn’t fantastic, but what a trip! Excellently led by Danny!!

Overall good experience, the guide Danny is a good dude, I liked him. Only was me, my wife and another couple. Due to weather we skipped snorkeling but honestly I was ok with that. We hit rain the last 45 minutes but I still enjoyed it and would return. Locker being provided was nice, and the jet skis we rode were relatively new and in good shape. The meeting place could maybe be described better, we sat there for 40 minutes(early due to ferry timing) and had to ask to be shown the little office where they have you check in at but no big deal. I’d recommend and would return as solo jet ski rentals are wild expensive.

I was 10 minutes late due to difficult directions to get to the location and they left without us and couldn’t get a refund. $450 down the drain. One person could reschedule to a later time but they wouldn’t do it if ALL THREE people couldn’t reschedule.

I had so much fun with Manny our tour guide, we enjoyed the water and me and my boyfriend didn’t know how to swim so we also enjoyed that there was a shallow part of the water on the tour. I will never forget this jetski experience. It was our first time and I can say a time was had. Make sure you go and experience the amazing view while on the water.

If it is your first time riding jet skis, please choose another activity or book with someone else. Our guide kept leaving us in the middle of the ocean after we explained to him we aren’t good swimmers. He rode as if he didn’t want us to follow him but allowed the other group to catch up. This was not an ideal experience and if I could get my money back I would. By the grace of God we made it back safely. 10/10 DON’T recommend!

We had a lovely experience! We booked two to a jet-ski, my partner and I on one, and my parents on another. The event description had all relevant information, easily laying out what was included and what was not in clear language, where to go and when. Our check in host discussed options for our excursion, as we were traveling during the seaweed season and their usual snorkel option was overgrown. He offered us an alternative, and it was amazing! Our guide Manuel was friendly, helpful, and took us to some amazing spots. My only quibble would be that we would have liked more time at the blue water, and a little less at the second swim beach, but that was a pretty minor downside to a fun jet-ski excursion. I would book here again for a jet-ski experience.

Very good until Jet Ski broke down!!

It was very good until we to the ocean than on of the 3 Jet Skis broke down. It had to be towed back. What was supposed to be 2 hours turned into about 1 hour 15 minutes. No offer made to give more time to give another day to return.

Hello. We send you another jetski and you have more than 2 hours in the activity. We really sorry you didn’t enjoy the tour. But at the end of the activity we ask you if everything it’s good and you said us yes. Also the jetski have a problem because of the seaweeds in the ocean wasn’t a machine problem.

When I purchased this package I clearly ask would I need to pay anything else when I get there to the location where we were going jet skiing and I was told no.. So when we went there we only to $15 with us so that we can tip our tour guide but when we got there we was told that we would have to pay $20 person for dock fees and we didn’t have enough money with us to pay. I was really unhappy with this company and I’m am in the process of disputing this transaction… I was not please with this experience what so ever and I willl tell all of my friends not to use this company due to bad experience that I had..,,

Thanks fro your comment, we really sorry you had a bad experiences, but the only situation its we never talk with you in the phone, also the information of the docking fee its in the description in the website, that day you didn't bring your ID, you didn't bring the docking fee, you didn't bring the ticket and also we give you the option to make this tour in the next schedule and you didn't want. Also the information its there, you have to bring your id, your ticket and you dont bring your docking fee tax. how we can know you where the person you make this booking if you dont have the information for the check in.

Sketchy staff expect for tour guide and even he wasn't perfect. There's a docking fee of $20 per person that's not mentioned before booking and they pointed a finger at us saying we didn't read the description. Waters were strong so we couldn't snorkel and didn't get refunded for that. Tour guide barely looked back to check on our safety. Being verbally aggressive about leaving a tip at the end. Overall it was fun riding the jet skis but not the best experience, come at your own discretion.
