Amazing from start to finish

Fantastic evening going on all the attractions, we had a blast! The water slide is definitely worth the queues but go early as it closes before the other attractions. Safety is paramount and they weigh everywhere ne before riding, we had to wait for about 10 minutes for another couple who would mean our weight limit was correct - it's a 4 person raft. It was worth the wait 🤩 The zip lines are superb and you can ride with your partner / friend or solo, whichever you prefer. The braking system is short and abrupt so ready yourself to stop quickly. The cave river swim and rafts were great and we had lots of laugh with the group in front of us who couldn't steer their raft and kept getting stuck. Staff were on hand to help of you needed it. The buffet is amazing, so much food and excellent quality. Plenty of drink choices too. I had read some reviews that said they had poor communication from the organiser. Due to that I emailed and asked about pick up times, exact locations etc and all emails were answered very quickly with no ambiguity on the details. Pick up and drop off were smooth with no issues. My advice would be to book and then email the agent straight away to ask re your pick up time etc then you have the details immediately. If you need any other information just ask, the customer service team are super helpful. A fantastic experience, really worth a visit 💯🙌🤩

Great Experience.

Overall, great experience, but the lunch was terrible. I thought lunch was included in the price of the activity, but I guess I misread, so that was an additional charge. Can't take personal items when participating, which makes sense, but to then charge $65 usd for all the pictures taken or $25 usd for just one picture is robbery. Just beware of the extra costs.

Great Day with Great People

It was an extraordinary experience for myself and 3 college aged kids. Gabi and Israel were lovely guides. The sea turtles were incredible to see and the cenote was mindblowing. The taco lunch wrapping up the day felt like camp….we loved spending the time with everyone.

The driver picked us up...

The driver picked us up at the scheduled time and was very professional we picked up 3 additional groups before finding our tour guide Hazel who was awesome. He explained all the Mayan history with great detail and enthusiasm. The Mayan ruins were very interesting. If you burn cover up. Bothered labor a lot of shade. The cenote was perfect after a hot day exploring. The snorkeling was okay didn’t get to see many fish. The provided lunch was excellent with 3 varieties and accommodated allergies and preferences

A visit to Mexico's rich cultural past

Tulum was VERY hot with little shade. Be sure to bring a non disposable water bottle. The Mayan village felt a little like stepping into the past. Their culture and traditions are so different from ours. I found the village visit very interesting. Swimming in the cenote was very refreshing and a perfect way to end our visit. The sites are wonderful to visit, but it's important to have someone help interpret them for us. Colin our guide gave us perspective, information, and really set the stage for us. He was an invaluable part of our visit. He connected with each of his guests. Molly our driver navigated traffic and parking like a pro. It was really nice to be picked up and dropped off at our resort - and especially important to us was having the air conditioned van be a respite between stops. I also liked having a small group tour. We felt comfortable asking questions and it was easy to hear what Colin had to tell us.

This snorkeling tour and island adventure are incredible! Judy and the crew are amazing! They maintained a fun, positive attitude during guest interactions! The snorkeling was beautiful and slow paced, making it so enjoyable to see the marine life! Once we arrived to the island, we opted to rent a golf cart to circle around and stop at the main sites. It was the perfect amount of time without feeling rushed.

This was a life-changing...

This was a life-changing experience for me. J.J. was an amazing guide and taught us so much about Mayan culture and the local ecosystem. The cenote was incredible, like entering another realm. And we saw 5-6 turtles in the ocean! I would do this tour every day of my life if I could.

Amazing!!!

Julio and all the guides were absolutely amazing and so down to earth! Our group me and my spouse was in was fun and we had the best time! The ATV tour was okay, but I get we can't go deep into the jungle for safety and preservation of the animals! The zip line was great but my favorite part was the Cenote swim and the history behind how it was formed! It was so beautiful and the water was crystal clear! The Mayan Ceremony was also nice to see and hear about Thanks everyone!!!

Wow!!!

Amazing experience! There were 30ish Whale Sharks in the area and they were feeding at the surface, so we got to swim right beside these majestic animals. Naara, and the crew were amazing! I had previously swam with Whale Sharks in the Maldives and this was an even better experience. Highly recommend this tour and tour operator!
