10/10 Experience! Would Recommend and Do Again!

It was a wonderful experience led by Marité and our driver Tony. They were very friendly and communicated to us well during the entire trip. We celebrated a birthday so Marité helped making it a great experience by having us sing HBD in the cenote to my friend. Also, I am not an experienced or comfortable swimmer but I was still able to participate in the water activities as they require life jackets and have extra floaties that the instructors pull to keep you safe. 10/10 experience. Really glad my lack of proper swimming skills did not hold me back! THANK YOU!

The adventure was amazing. Guide amazing as well. What I would suggest for other travellers. A few things to consider if you are thinking, you will be able to take pictures in the water caves or even a go pro they don’t allow you to do so. They have a person that will take pictures for you and you have to buy a package just to have pictures. They are not cheap. Second thing swimming with the turtles amazing experience. But they don’t tell you till you’re on the way there no sunscreen or products on skin. So you don’t contaminate the area that the turtles are swimming their habitat so therefore I would suggest wearing a long sleeve shirt and long swimming pants and then if you have no hair like I do a beanie cap as you’re half in the water and half exposed to the sun, but the experience is wonderful. I even saw a Caribbean stingray so we had to move sliding our feet so we don’t step up sweeping your feet alert, stem of you’re coming and they will just go away but overall great experience just giving tips for the future traveller joining this trip

Sam is the highlight of the tour!

Riding a bike in Copenhagen is definitely an experience all on its own. During the tour, we saw plenty highlight locations that were already on our itinerary. Our tour guide was Sam. He is super cool, very knowledgeable, witty, and funny as well! We had a wonderful time exploring the city. Our group were from all over the world but everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend this tour! Sam is one of the best tour guides we've had in all of our travels. More power to Sam!

Great time and amazing...

Great time and amazing price. For the price the trip was worth it, while we did end up at some touristy spots or gift shop traps we were able to do our own thing and explore. The tour guide we had (Edwin) was super nice and always willing to help. Def recommend this trip to anyone that is debating doing this type of trip.

Great tour

Communication was great prior to the tour and the tour guides showed on time. It was informative and there was plenty of time to see everything. The village and cenote were neat but I would recommend having cash for tipping if you are so inclined (I am going to have to make the tortilla filing at home, it was tasty). Our guide was amazing and even though I was on the tour solo I always felt like part of the group. There were lots of places to get food and drink but there was an ample supply of cold water; pastry snacks were provided en route. From pick up to drop off it was just about 6 hours. Great tour and a fun, relaxing day.

We were only in Mexico...

We were only in Mexico for a few days, staying in Playa del Carmen, and this tour was a great way to experience the history and culture of the area in a limited amount of time. We especially enjoyed the Tulum archaeological site and the cenote. Our guide, Esteffany, was really wonderful and kind (and funny!) and the driver Orlando was great too. My partner and I didn't participate in the snorkeling activity, but we enjoyed just sitting by the lagoon and watching some of the fish while the group did that. I'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen or Cancun.

Worthit!!!

Its a must see. Make sure you bring a plastic waterproof wallet to put your phone in, as there are beautiful photos to take. They will ask for 30 US dollars to buy one when you are there which I think is a rip off. Beautiful park...well worthit. The swim in the under water cave was the highlight.

We are a couple from San Francisco California, came to Cancun for Christmas vacation. We enjoyed all the activities: horseback riding, ATV, Ziplining, and cenote. We got a lot of time on the horse riding and ATV; not a 10 minutes each like what most tours offer. There were 6 different ziplining, each with higher heights; most tours only offer one. The cenote included a slide and a zipliner about 15’ high for diving. It was my first experience diving that high without knowing how to swim. I wish that there was photography at the cenote to capture that experience.
