The staff wow doesn’t even comes close to how hard they work for us they were on top of everything we needed and wanted. Outstanding day the family had a wonderful time.

When two large groups showed up after us, we were completely ignored. we tried to flag someone down and they would just run by us. not until we were leaving did anyone say anything to us. we will not go back there.

It's nice and very accommodating. However. The aquatic area is kind of deep for smaller kids life vest are available. Food was ok, buffet or menu options.. pool was nice.

My kids and I had so much fun. The water is beautiful, the water park was fun for all ages. The staff were super friendly. Good and drinks included. People do walk around and try to sell stuff but my kids got to hold macaws and take pics. I was worried about the posts saying it was packed, there was only maybe 20 people there. I will definitely go back. Worth every penny.

Wonderful park, great food, friendly staff, very clean beach and park. Everyone had a super time. Good variety of food. Wait staff was patient and worked very hard. Plenty of room for the entire family.

We got the resort and they wouldn't let us in even though we had.reservations booked months in advance. They said they were too full and refused to go or our reservation and told us to deal with viator for a refund. Not impressed at all.

The food was great and staff was great. But Mr. Sanchos has just become too crowded. Came off cruise ship looking for a more restful experience but people everywhere.

Weather was rough when we were there but inflatables we fun for the teens. Kids said they were “stung” in the water and had red marks on them that went away by the next day. Attendant was kind and helpful with life jackets.

Beautiful beach. Nice for snorkeling. Didn't buy entire package. Only bought beach pass for $12/person. Didn't pay $60/person
So you can enjoy Mr. Sancho's without spending too much. There is food/drink service on the beach

This is a wonderful park!! For kids and adults! Alot of fun for both. Our waiter was Roman and he made sure our glasses never got dry and bellues got empty!!

There was jellyfish in the water and one of my grandsons got stung and would not go and one would not go in at all . We spent that money for nothing

Had a great time. We were only ship in port so the crowd was manageable. Safe environment waiting on the rest of our party. Have loved this place since the 1st time we came in the early 2000s.

The area is full of seaweed and the water is not clear at all. Very rocky on the bottom to the point that you can’t put your feet down. Very difficult to get from beach area into water.
