This was a really good tour for the value. Even considering the $60 extra that you have to pay per couple when you arrive it was still well worth it for everything you get! I read some bad reviews and I think those people are just way too critical. The food was fine and everything was great.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing experiences of our trip. The ATV I was assigned kept cutting off multiple times before we even began the tour. I informed the staff, and they checked and restarted it several times, assuring me it was fine. However, during the ride, the ATV cut off again, causing my partner and me to crash.
Instead of taking responsibility for what was clearly a faulty vehicle, the staff blamed me and demanded I pay $100 for a broken plastic part. The owner claimed the ATV was “new,” yet it could barely stay on – which simply didn’t add up.
To make matters worse, they never offered insurance or mentioned the option beforehand. Additionally, we were hit with a surprise $25 per person “conservation fee” after we had already booked, which was never communicated upfront.
What’s even more concerning is that we later learned another traveler had a nearly identical experience with this excursion a few years ago.
Please do your research and proceed with caution. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what we did.

Yes, Read Before Booking. Everything you're complaining about is in the tour description.
We're sorry your experience didn't go as expected. While no adventure is perfect, a good attitude usually helps—but we know that safety and transparency should never fall short. But we also know that if guests don't read what they book, they could be "surprised" by something that's marked everywhere but that those who don't read never saw.
You, like all our guests, were invited to have damage insurance for only $10 during your park check-in, but you refused to pay that $10. Then you damage your ATV and want to come and tarnish our tour's reputation with a bad review because you didn't want to pay the $10 insurance, which is clearly stated in the inclusions/exclusions of this tour and is NOT included.
Likewise, in the same inclusions/exclusions section, it is indicated that the natural areas conservation fee is NOT included, so guests know what to expect even before booking.
Both the insurance and the natural areas conservation fee are indicated everywhere, both before and after booking: in the inclusions/exclusions, in the "before you go" section, on your ticket, in your confirmation message the day before, but you didn't read any of it. Are we guilty of not being transparent, or are you guilty of not reading any of your information?
We'll review everything you mentioned to improve our service and ensure future guests feel confident, informed, and well taken care of. We're also considering ways to ensure guests like you read before booking.

We do not add any extra costs, the tour description is very clear in its inclusions and exclusions, this way clients know what to expect before booking, if you did not read what you were booking it is not something we should be responsible for.

Very nice idea but a slight get over. So be careful. They charge you more when u arrive for things that don’t make sense and the food is terrible. Like they are feeding inmates. Don’t eat it! Being an American you can’t drink their tap water or you’ll get sick. Don’t drink it! They take all of ur belongings when u arrive including passports and cell phones, hmmmm can u imagine why? To make u spend way more money at the end. Dont go for that! They picture supervisor was extra when it come to pictures. Oh you’ll see if you decide to go with this company. The activities was nice and smooth but when you get to the cave to swim, if you jump in you will get sick with fever and chills soon after BEWARE!!!!!!! Don’t trust the cave diving. Me and my daughter is not feeling well at all and I’m going to the hospital soon as I get back to my state for I don’t trust doctors here. They supplied us no towels to dry off with after the swim and people were unusually cold so imagine that and do the math. So here we are only been here for 1 full day and more days to go but got sick during this excursion which ruined the remainder of our trip. Good luck to you.

We appreciate you sharing your experience on our tour, I would like to start by asking which doctor you consulted to determine that our food or our cenote made you sick, It could have been the food at your hotel or any other place, Maybe you forgot to wash your hands thoroughly before eating, Making such an accusation without any basis or medical certification is irresponsible on your part, We receive hundreds of guests every day but only you got sick, What an irony. On the other hand, the tour description clearly indicates that you are not allowed to carry out the activities with any electronic device or anything attached to you such as bags or any belongings, this as a safety measure. We regret that you did not have money to rent a towel to dry yourself, It is very strange that with the Caribbean climate of Cancun you were cold :). Anyway, we want to believe your version, By the way, the tour description also indicates that towel rental is not included and you can bring your own towels. We appreciate your visit and we will be waiting for the medical report that determined that your visit to our park was what made you sick ;).

This is not atving in the mountains or jungle. This is a short windy dirt road. Also, not nice that they require you to leave your phone behind and charge you for the locker. Also, not nice that they charge you $25 extra for the cenote swimming pool. The advertising for this place made it look epic. It wasn't horrible but you can probably find better tours.

We appreciate your review, although we think you are a little confused, at no time did we mention that our tour is in the mountains, in fact, Cancun and the Riviera Maya are in a flat area, meaning there are no mountains :). The tour description clearly states that for safety reasons it is not allowed to use the cell phone during the activities and that the locker is not included. It is completely false that we charge 25 extra to use the cenote, it is included in all our combos. Perhaps you should take a couple of minutes before booking a tour to know and understand exactly what you are booking and what is included. Thank you very much.

The pick up was prompt. The driver was driving! But I wouldn’t go on this again. They held our phone hostage. They wanted us to pay for a 60 photo package and said “WE MUST KEEP PHONES IN LOCKERS” the centos were good. The horse ride was mid! The quad was mid! Zip line was good. Food was basics, and sparse. Wouldn’t recommend.

Perhaps you should read better before booking, our tour clearly indicates on repeated occasions that the use of cell phones or electronic devices is not permitted during the tour for security reasons, in this way travelers know what to expect before booking, it is also mentioned that the food is a Snack, we do not mention gourmet food or unlimited buffet, in any case we appreciate your comment.

We had a lot of fun on this tour. The weather didn't cooperate but we still enjoyed it. There were only 6 ziplines, don't expect a lot. However, the cenote was a lot of fun. The food was delicious.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The staff was very nice and spoke very good English. They were also very polite. There was this 1 particular fellow who took care of us from the jump, but I cannot remember his name. We were afraid during the ziplining but they talked us through it and we felt comfortable. The overall experience was lovely! 10/10 definitely recommend.

I enjoyed this excursion but it was shorter than what was advertised. I believe the whole excursion was approximately 4 hours long and the remainder of the time was spent traveling or waiting. Also would’ve love to have more freedom riding the arc’s and horses but overall the experience was good.

This was a great excursion. The transportation picked us up on time and get us the place in a timely manner and back to the resort. The atv ride was great a lot of mud holes to drive through. The zip line tour guide did a great job explaining how to do the zip line. The horse riding tour was great horse was calm and well trained. The cenote was cooling and the sliding zip line into the cenote was fun. The food at the end of the tour was great. They also provide locker for 5 dollars fee and atv insurance 5 dollars. This was a great excursion I recommend the one for every one.

Amazing! My boyfriend and I enjoyed it very much. I wasn’t expecting much because of people that left bad reviews regarding phones and other nonsense, but it turned out to be great. The guys did their best, our tour guide Willie and driver Alex were very welcoming and helpful, they made sure everything was done properly and safe. You are not allowed to have your phones during zip line and atv, but it’s just a common sense, because it’s pretty high and they don’t want the liability of anyone getting hurt or drop their phone on the ground. They want you to be hands free, so you need to leave your stuff in the locker which is 5$. ATV could have been a little bit faster, but again, it’s a safety thing, and as a beginner I was pretty content with what I had. Cenote was incredible, you can jump from 2 different highs or zip line into it, you are provided the safety vest as well as a life guard down in the cave. No one is pushy on tips, although they do so good and the prices are so cheap, I just won’t ever understand why people don’t tip, the guys work in this heat to provide you with a great experience. They do offer a photo package, but they are not pushing it for you. You can use your phone at the cenote, which is great. The food was delicious too, it’s not an American portion of fajitas, which isn’t wasteful and right, they bring tortillas and salsas with it and water is provided for you as well. You can buy souvenirs there and do monster truck/horseback riding for an additional charge, which we didn’t do, but it wasn’t expensive. And the final thing, a lot of people complained about pick up and drop off, we were picked up from Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen, and I communicated with a travel agent over the app, the responses were fast and accurate, 0945 on the dot the driver called out my name and we left. It was very organized. In the end of the trip, right after we ate, they organized a drop off, of course they had to drop off the people that got there before us, so we had to wait maybe 30 min and dry out after cenote, but it was by names and everything was great. We recommend, especially if you guys have families or just trying to do something else rather then the beach. You get what you pay for, which was what we expected and we loved it. Thank you!

I booked this excursion with another family. We had a lot of fun on the ATVs and zip lining. The house back ridding was relaxing and the kids enjoyed it. The denote was fun but not impressive. We went to one on a different tour and it was beautiful. This one is more like just a hole with water, but still fun. The food was excellent. My only issue is the pictures. They do not let you take any of your own to sell you pictures. They said it’s because you need to be hands free but we had a go pro and still we couldn’t use it. Prove for the picture was ridiculous.

My husband and I visited in September 2022! We had endless fun! We were so exhausted at the end of the day.
There are 6-7 ziplines. They are high, but not scary at all!
The ATV were a ton of fun, the track was about 20-30 minutes long.
Horseback Riding was about 20-25 minutes through the jungle.
They'll walk you through every single activity! The employees were extremely helpful and funny!
The cenotes was so refreshing afterwards! Jump of the cliff if youre an adrenaline junkie!
Hotel pick up and drop off was smooth and easy as well!
Please remember to stay hydrated. Walk with sunscreen, bug spray, Old Sneakers, water shoes andd LOTS OF WATER!
You are not allowed to take your phone for pictures. But there is a photographer. The photos are $35pp or $60 per couple. We got over 250 pictures. It was worth it!!!!

The staff was very friendly however the configuration was very disorganized. Like 4 bands (groups) showed up at one time and it took forever just to do one of the activities. There was one person checking in EVERYBODY while 2 ladies checked the rosters. My band got separated and my buddy and I ended up with a much larger group and at that point (2 hours later) I was so frustrated I didn’t want to do anything else. The food was tasty. The gift shop had a lot of nice handmade trinkets. I wish I could have given a higher rating but I was not impressed with this excursion.

I booked for seven singles and one double for my excursion my money was taken then the next day I received the email to say you can still come but you have to find your own way there cause we have no transportation. So I rescheduled for the next day the person that rescheduled me told me that everything was rescheduled for Friday which it was but they only rescheduled for seven people when I booked for nine. So I'm disputing with them trying to get back my $159 for the two people that did not participate. So right now I'm going to Better Business Bureau, I did post my issue on Facebook so my over 2000 friends can see and I also disputed it with my credit card company.

This was a waste of money. These people are not organized at all, nothing sanitized and it’s dirty. Everyone that went into the “man made cenote” got sick. The kids that swam In it, got fever, diarrhea and have rashes all over their body.
