This tour was so much fun everything was 10/10. I would recommend to everyone, there was not too many people on the boat, snorkeling was cool, we saw a turtle, starfish, and lots of fish. Then we did an hour golf cart with a guide. We also swam in plays Norte (one of the top 5 most beautiful beaches in the world). Book this tour!

Transportation was late, but besides that tour was great. Snorkeling last about 30 minutes and the water can be rough depending on the wind. Crew was fun and entertaining. Isle Mejerus was nice, typical tour is area, lots of shops. Meal was a Mexican buffet which was really good we all enjoyed it. Overall I recommend this excursion, wish the boat would have been a little bigger. Felt cramped.

Overall not a great trip although staff were nice and friendly. 1. Tax was $53 each before setting off (should be between $20-$25 each based on what I have read) 2. Catamaran was old and in poor condition (broken windows and a broken net at the front) 3. Snorkelling was very brief and busy. Spent 30 seconds maximum at one small section of the underwater museum. 4. Ice Bar / Food stop not great - just a very hot/sandy buffet with a large freezer ("Ice Bar") to stand in. 5. Free swimming / free time was very restricted and limited. 10 mins swimming was allowed and it had to be where you were told to go. 6. Isla Mujeres was obviously beautiful but so overcrowded it became difficult to enjoy.

The crew is very attentive and makes sure you are taken care of. The drinks are somewhat weak but otherwise, the on board experience was great. The lunch options were limited and okay. Playa Norte beach is beautiful

Great experience. I highly recommend doing this one. It was absolutely perfect. First we got on the boat and took a short ride to the snorkeling spot. We had about 20 min in the water and saw some cool sculptures. It was the perfect amount of time. Then we hopped back on the boat and the drinks were flowing. We went to a beach club with a buffet which was mid but we weren’t there for the food anyway. We laid in hammocks in the water and went to the ice bar which was so nice to cool off in. We were there about an hour and a half. Then we got back in the boat and went to playa Norte. We went shopping and hit the beach. There for about 2 hours. Again, the right amount of time. Took a boat back to the marina. We made friends with other couples and it was a great time. We got to see everything that was on my Isla mujeres checklist and were well taken care of. Our tour guide, Giovani was awesome!! STAR 5 crew!

Great family trip in a nice smaller boat!

This was amazing! We took the optimal shuttle and it was a long packed ride so be ready for it (motion sickness meds). The traffic was bad so booking their shuttle gave peace of mind that they wouldn’t leave without us. The boat had only 16 people total (not 90-100 like the mega tours) and we were able to lay out on the front of the boat the whole trip. At check in please don’t overlook the port fee (which was more than our trip) but we were ready for it. It’s a short ride to where we snorkeled and it was just enough. There were a lot of fish and we even saw a turtle. The small group cut down on constantly being kicked by other people snorkeling like when we went in other larger trips. The equipment was basic but usable. You stay together as a group so it felt safe. Then we went to the southern part of the island where we had our lunch buffet. The food was basic (hot dogs, hamburgers and tacos) and good and there was an open bar. We had just enough time to eat and check out the Ice Bar (bar in a walk-in freezer) before we left for the north beach. While waiting to dock we were able to take a quick swim in the ocean. We had two hours on Isla Mujeres which was enough to either do some shopping or hang out at the beach. The ride back was nice and relaxing. My whole family absolutely loved the trip and would book it again. We initially booked another trip but it had bad reviews and was more of a mega catamaran with 80-100 people so I am gald I canceled and switched.

The day trip was exactly as advertised, and more. There was just the right amount of snorkel time, a wide selection of freshly prepared food, drinks were always at the ready, and the crew went above and beyond. Luis was our main guide and he made everyone feel special no matter what your language. He even snapped a photo for us while we were busy enjoying the water hammock off of the back of the boat after swimming on the north shore of Isla Mujeres, and shared it from his personal phone. All in all, a perfect day was provided by a crew of really nice people.

Everyone super friendly on the boat, but the lunch on the island was horrendous and kind of disgusting. We could not eat at all and we ate a sandwich we brought.

The tour guides were very fun and accommodating. Boat did not have space to walk around/stand up, pretty much can only sit down the entire boat ride. Food was average. No frills, it’s about 45 min drive from hotel zone. Shuttle was comfortable.

There was a little mixup at pick up in the morning. Prepare to pay 800 pesos( + credit card fee if use) each on top of the ticket. After that everything went perfect., the team was great, enough time for snorkelling, great overall experience.

I highly recommend this excursion . A nice way to relax. The crew was fun and energizing , the only downfall was the transportation to and from the port . There was no air conditioning in the van . Also , I sent an email asking what the conversion rate was for US dollars and I got no response .

The catamaran was very small for the amount of people they fit in. The snorkeling was bad: there was nothing to see and equipment was poor quality (they wouldn’t even provide slippers). They lost 2 passengers due to strong tides that ended up at a different boat… we only had one hour to explore Isla Mujeres so we didn’t have time for much. I would avoid this tour.
